泡沫輔助蒸汽驅(qū)礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)及效果

【摘要】:蒸汽驅(qū)易發(fā)生汽竄,且蒸汽波及效率低,開(kāi)發(fā)效果不理想,為探索稠油油藏提高采收率的新途徑,在勝利油區(qū)孤島中二北Ng5稠油單元開(kāi)展泡沫輔助蒸汽驅(qū)礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。針對(duì)蒸汽驅(qū)高溫特點(diǎn),研發(fā)適用于蒸汽驅(qū)的耐高溫泡沫劑DHF-1,該泡沫劑具有良好的耐溫和封堵性能,300℃以下阻力因子始終大于20;室內(nèi)驅(qū)替實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,泡沫輔助蒸汽驅(qū)可有效改善蒸汽波及狀況,提高驅(qū)油效率。2010年10月開(kāi)始泡沫輔助蒸汽驅(qū)礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),注汽井注汽壓力平均上升1.6 MPa,油井全部見(jiàn)效,示蹤劑監(jiān)測(cè)平面驅(qū)替更均衡,密閉取心井巖心分析平均驅(qū)油效率達(dá)62.4%,說(shuō)明泡沫輔助蒸汽驅(qū)可提高蒸汽前緣的穩(wěn)定性,抑制蒸汽突進(jìn),明顯改善開(kāi)發(fā)效果;截至2016年6月,試驗(yàn)區(qū)已累積產(chǎn)油23.6×10~4t,采出程度為52.1%,較蒸汽吞吐已提高采收率16.8%。

In order to explore a new way to improve oil recovery in heavy oil reservoir, foam auxiliary steam drive field test was carried out in the Ng5 heavy oil unit in Gudao, Shengli oil area.
