姬塬油田低滲透油藏堵水調(diào)剖技術(shù)完善

【摘要】:針對(duì)姬塬油田調(diào)剖堵水的種類繁多,堵劑體系缺乏合理評(píng)價(jià)堵劑與調(diào)堵效果的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等問題。對(duì)采油八廠常用的三種調(diào)堵體系按照注入性,封堵性,選擇封堵性三方面評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)開展室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)價(jià),分析得到以下認(rèn)識(shí)。1、通過對(duì)弱凝膠、凝膠顆粒、無(wú)機(jī)凝膠性能的評(píng)價(jià)認(rèn)識(shí)到現(xiàn)有堵劑在低滲透油藏沒有哪個(gè)堵劑有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),各個(gè)堵劑各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),堵劑的復(fù)合應(yīng)用較為重要,利用堵劑的段塞組合取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短達(dá)到調(diào)剖的效果。下一步建議將復(fù)合堵劑每個(gè)段塞所起作用的機(jī)理,貢獻(xiàn)率的大小研究清楚,最終科學(xué)的利用復(fù)合堵劑。2、低滲特低滲油藏調(diào)堵,油井產(chǎn)能是制約低滲油藏調(diào)堵效果的關(guān)鍵之一,因此堵通結(jié)合的技術(shù)——壓裂是低滲油藏值得重點(diǎn)關(guān)注方法。下一步應(yīng)重點(diǎn)解決什么類型的井需要作提高產(chǎn)能措施以及提高產(chǎn)能的增產(chǎn)規(guī)模大小。綜合來(lái)看,在目前尚無(wú)適用于低滲透油藏的堵劑體系下的情況下,優(yōu)選調(diào)堵井,采用科學(xué)合理的段塞組合,對(duì)適合的井組采用堵通結(jié)合的調(diào)剖—改造復(fù)合技術(shù)措施能大幅提高采油八廠調(diào)剖工藝效果,達(dá)到較好的增產(chǎn)效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the wide variety of profile control and water shutoff in Jiyuan Oilfield, the system of plugging agent is lack of standard to evaluate the plugging agent and the effect of plugging. According to the injection, plugging, plugging and plugging performance of the three commonly used plugging systems in the eighth Oil recovery Plant, the laboratory test and field evaluation were carried out according to the three evaluation indexes of injection, plugging and plugging. The following understanding was obtained: 1. Through the analysis of weak gels and gel particles, The evaluation of inorganic gel performance shows that none of the existing plugging agents has obvious advantages in low permeability reservoirs, each plugging agent has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the composite application of plugging agent is more important. The effect of profile control is achieved by using slug combination of plugging agent to complement each other. In the next step, it is suggested that the mechanism and contribution rate of each slug of compound plugging agent should be studied clearly. Finally, using compound plugging agent. 2, adjusting plugging in low permeability and ultralow permeability reservoir, well productivity is one of the key factors restricting the plugging effect of low permeability reservoir. Therefore, fracturing is an important method for low permeability reservoirs. The next step should be to solve the problem of which types of wells need to improve productivity and the scale of production increase. Generally speaking, in the absence of a plugging agent system suitable for low permeability reservoirs at present, a scientific and reasonable slug combination is adopted to select and adjust the plugging wells. The effect of profile control and profile control in No. 8 oil production plant can be greatly improved by adopting the combined technology of profile control and modification for suitable well groups, and the effect of increasing production can be achieved.
