武威盆地煤層氣特殊工藝井適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:武威盆地煤層氣勘探開發(fā)剛起步,目前煤層氣資源勘探工程地質(zhì)認識程度低,尚未開展煤巖力學(xué)性能研究,煤層物性與力學(xué)特性認識不足,適合武威盆地煤層的開發(fā)不明確。因此開展特殊工藝井適應(yīng)性研究與優(yōu)化,完成煤巖力學(xué)性能測試研究工作,為形成石炭系特殊工藝井配套技術(shù)提供理論支撐。 本文通過煤巖巖石力學(xué)實驗,結(jié)合地質(zhì)特性研究井壁失穩(wěn);分析特殊工藝井在巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)、物性參數(shù)、地質(zhì)特征方面的適應(yīng)性。文章以武威盆地石炭系太原組煤層為研究目標,針對煤層地質(zhì)特性、巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)、物性參數(shù)、井壁穩(wěn)定性等方面進行系統(tǒng)研究,建立物理和數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)合己鉆井數(shù)據(jù),綜合優(yōu)化出了適合武威盆地煤層氣特殊工藝井井眼軌跡。文章主要研究工作和成果如下: (1)巖石力學(xué)特征分析與評價。通過巖石力學(xué)實驗,獲得了儲層的巖石強度參數(shù)、彈性參數(shù),抗張強度,縱橫波速等。從巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)來分析,該區(qū)基本適合特殊工藝井,也為分析井壁穩(wěn)定性提供基礎(chǔ)參數(shù); (2)對武威盆地特殊工藝井地質(zhì)條件分析,該工區(qū)構(gòu)造簡單,斷層較少,地層平緩,屬于低孔隙度、低滲透率煤儲層,有微裂紋和割理發(fā)育等。這些條件都滿足特殊工藝井的開發(fā)要求,綜合來看,武威盆地屬于特殊工藝井開發(fā)比較適合的地區(qū)。對物性參數(shù)的測井解釋,也為優(yōu)化特殊工藝井井眼參數(shù)提供基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)。 (3)根據(jù)測井資料解釋(W-1井、W-2井)巖石力學(xué)參數(shù),由地質(zhì)特征優(yōu)選地應(yīng)力計算模型,計算了不同井眼軌跡參數(shù)下井壁圍巖應(yīng)力強度的差異,通過對三壓力剖面的分析。研究區(qū)鉆井液密度窗口寬,適合特殊工藝井開發(fā),對坍塌壓力和破裂壓力的分析得出研究區(qū)適合打水平井以及適合的方位。為優(yōu)化適合研究區(qū)的井眼軌跡提供參數(shù)。 (4)通過數(shù)學(xué)模型優(yōu)化特殊工藝井參數(shù),基于優(yōu)選的最佳水平井眼方位,結(jié)合相關(guān)設(shè)計原則,優(yōu)化設(shè)計出適合研究區(qū)的特殊工藝井(U型井或多分支水平井)井眼軌跡,并優(yōu)選出適合的井型。
[Abstract]:The exploration and development of coal-bed methane in Wuwei Basin is just beginning, the degree of engineering geological understanding of exploration of coal-bed methane resources is low at present, the study on the mechanical properties of coal and rock has not been carried out, and the understanding of physical and mechanical properties of coal seam is insufficient, which is not clear enough for the development of coal seam in Wuwei Basin. Therefore, the research and optimization of adaptability of special process wells are carried out, and the testing work of mechanical properties of coal and rock is completed, which provides theoretical support for forming the matching technology of Carboniferous special process wells. In this paper, through coal rock and rock mechanics experiments, combined with geological characteristics, the shaft wall instability is studied, and the adaptability of special craft well in rock mechanics parameter, physical property parameter and geological characteristic is analyzed. Taking the coal bed of Taiyuan formation of Carboniferous system in Wuwei Basin as the research object, this paper systematically studies the geological characteristics of coal seam, rock mechanics parameters, physical property parameters and wellbore stability, and establishes physical and mathematical models. Based on the drilling data, the borehole trajectory suitable for the special process of coal bed methane in Wuwei Basin was optimized. The main research work and results are as follows: Analysis and evaluation of rock mechanics characteristics. The rock strength parameters, elastic parameters, tensile strength, longitudinal and transverse wave velocities were obtained by rock mechanics experiments. According to the rock mechanics parameters, this area is basically suitable for special process wells, and also provides basic parameters for the analysis of wellbore stability. 2) according to the analysis of the geological conditions of the special process wells in Wuwei Basin, this area is characterized by simple structure, few faults, gentle formation, low porosity, low permeability coal reservoir, microcrack and cleat development. All these conditions meet the development requirements of special process wells. In a word, Wuwei Basin is a suitable area for the development of special craft wells. The logging interpretation of physical parameters also provides the basic parameters for optimizing the borehole parameters of special process. According to the logging data, the rock mechanics parameters are interpreted. The stress intensity difference of wall rock under different borehole trajectory parameters is calculated according to the geological characteristics, and the stress intensity difference of surrounding rock is calculated by analyzing the three pressure profiles. The drilling fluid density window in the study area is wide, which is suitable for the development of special process wells. The analysis of collapse pressure and fracture pressure shows that the study area is suitable for horizontal wells and azimuth. The parameters are provided for optimizing the borehole trajectory suitable for the study area. 4) optimizing the parameters of special process wells by mathematical model, based on the optimum hole orientation of horizontal wells, combining with relevant design principles, optimizing and designing the hole trajectory of special process wells with U-shaped or multi-branch horizontal wells suitable for the study area. And the suitable well type is selected.
