【摘要】:針對(duì)新型環(huán)保要求提出的基于真空過濾理論的新型真空帶式泥漿篩,不僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)固液分離,而且能夠提高排出鉆屑的干度,使得泥漿和鉆屑能夠最大程度的回收利用,方便運(yùn)輸,減少環(huán)境污染。但是其重要部件——鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng),較常規(guī)篩網(wǎng)具有更高的成本,其應(yīng)用可能成為制約真空帶式泥漿篩發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。因此,在疊層篩網(wǎng)的相關(guān)參數(shù)及力學(xué)特性等方面展開研究,對(duì)提高使用壽命和指導(dǎo)篩網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對(duì)鉆井泥漿的概念和無害化處理工藝進(jìn)行總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)真空帶式泥漿篩試驗(yàn)樣機(jī)的總體方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比設(shè)計(jì),接著對(duì)真空帶式泥漿篩的篩網(wǎng)傳動(dòng)部分進(jìn)行方案確定,主要包括鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)傳動(dòng)方案設(shè)計(jì)、滾筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、張緊裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),為后面章節(jié)提供分析對(duì)象。其次,針對(duì)鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的傳動(dòng)模型進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化,對(duì)其進(jìn)行靜力理論分析和滿載工況下的載荷分析,計(jì)算了主動(dòng)滾筒彎曲段任意包角處拉力值和拉應(yīng)力值,繪制鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的應(yīng)力分布圖;并對(duì)鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,其計(jì)算結(jié)果作為有限元分析的參數(shù)設(shè)置依據(jù)。最后借助Workbench仿真軟件分析,求證理論分析的正確性。再次,基于RecurDyn軟件建立鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的有限元模型,對(duì)穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)在空載和滿載兩種工況下進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和動(dòng)力學(xué)分析;接著進(jìn)行鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)應(yīng)力影響因素分析,包括張緊力、轉(zhuǎn)速、負(fù)載、滾筒直徑以及鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)厚度等因素,為鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供實(shí)際意義。最后,優(yōu)化了張緊力與負(fù)載的關(guān)系,為鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)最小張緊力的設(shè)置提供理論依據(jù)。推導(dǎo)了五種開孔型式的開孔率計(jì)算公式,確定了70%開孔率的鋼帶開孔結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,并借助Workbench軟件建模仿真分析,對(duì)鋼帶的不同開孔型式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化結(jié)果,最終得出鋼帶最佳開孔方案。本文通過深入的研究了鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的靜力特性、運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力特性,其主要研究成果如下:(1)采用理論方法,求解了鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)傳動(dòng)的相關(guān)參數(shù),分析了鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)應(yīng)力的分布情況,同時(shí)利用Workbench有限元軟件仿真,求證了理論靜力分析的正確性。(2)在考慮鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的情況下,針對(duì)空載和滿載兩種工況對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析,得出了滾筒角速度、滾筒角加速度、帶元速度等運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),也得出了帶元張力分布、帶元接觸力分布等力學(xué)參數(shù)。同時(shí),對(duì)滾筒直徑、轉(zhuǎn)速、負(fù)載、篩網(wǎng)厚度等因素進(jìn)行影響分析。(3)對(duì)張緊力與負(fù)載的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,擬合出了關(guān)系表達(dá)式,在已知負(fù)載的條件下,為鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)最小張緊力的設(shè)置提供理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),對(duì)70%開孔率時(shí)鋼帶開孔孔型的優(yōu)選,確定了矩形開孔型式為本次鋼帶開孔的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的最佳方案。本文的研究成果,有利于進(jìn)一步對(duì)鉆井泥漿處理設(shè)備的探索與創(chuàng)新,也為鋼帶疊層篩網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用提供理論和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:A new type of vacuum belt slurry sieve based on the theory of vacuum filtration is proposed to meet the requirements of new environmental protection. It can not only achieve solid liquid separation, but also improve the dryness of the drilling cuttings, so that the mud and drilling chips can be recycled to the maximum extent and facilitate transportation and reduce environmental pollution. But the important component of the steel belt laminated sieve is more conventional. The screen network has a higher cost and its application may be the key to the development of the vacuum belt slurry screen. Therefore, it is of practical significance to improve the service life and guide the screen design in the aspects of the related parameters and mechanical properties of the laminated sieve. This paper first summarizes the concept of drilling mud and the harmless treatment process. On this basis, the overall scheme of the vacuum belt slurry sieve test prototype is designed and compared. Then the screen transmission part of the vacuum belt slurry sieve is determined. It mainly includes the design of the steel belt laminated screen transmission, the design of the drum structure, the structural design of the tensioning device, the structure design of the steel belt laminated screen, and the latter chapter. Secondly, the transmission model of the steel belt laminated sieve is simplified, the static theory analysis and the load analysis under full load condition are carried out. The tensile and tensile stress values at the arbitrary angle of the active drum bend section are calculated, and the stress distribution diagram of the steel belt laminated screen is drawn, and the related parameters of the steel belt laminated sieve mesh are also drawn. The calculation results are calculated as the basis for the parameter setting of the finite element analysis. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is proved by the Workbench simulation software. Thirdly, based on the RecurDyn software, the finite element model of the steel strip laminated sieve is set up, and the steel strip screen mesh of the steady operation is carried out in two operating conditions under the load of empty and full load. Analysis and dynamic analysis, and then the analysis of the influence factors of the stress of the steel belt laminated screen, including tension, speed, load, diameter of the roller and the thickness of the steel strip screen mesh, provide practical significance for the design of the steel belt laminated screen. Finally, the relationship between the tension force and the load is optimized and the minimum tension of the steel belt laminated screen is set up. Theoretical basis is provided. The formula of opening rate of five types of openings is deduced, the opening structure size of steel strip with 70% opening rate is determined, and the simulation analysis of Workbench software is used to optimize the different openings of steel strip, evaluate the optimization results, and finally get the best opening scheme for steel strip. This paper studies the steel through in-depth study of steel The static characteristics, motion and dynamic characteristics of the laminated sieve mesh are as follows: (1) using the theoretical method, the relevant parameters of the steel strip laminated screen transmission are solved, and the distribution of the stress of the steel strip laminated screen is analyzed. (2) considering the steel In the condition of steady operation of the laminated sieve, the kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis is carried out for two operating conditions of empty and full load. The angular velocity of the drum, the angular acceleration of the drum, the velocity of the belt and other motion parameters are obtained, and the mechanical parameters such as the tension distribution of the belt and the distribution of the contact force of the belt are obtained, and the diameter of the drum, the speed, the load and the screen are also obtained. The influence of net thickness and other factors is analyzed. (3) the relationship between tension and load is optimized, and the relationship expression is fitted. Under the condition of the known load, it provides the theoretical basis for the minimum tensioning of the steel belt laminated screen. At the same time, the rectangular opening type is determined to be the present steel with the optimum selection of the opening hole of the steel strip at the 70% opening rate. The research results of this paper are beneficial to the exploration and innovation of drilling mud treatment equipment, and provide theoretical and guiding significance for the design and application of the steel belt laminated screen.
