低滲透致密油藏注水開發(fā)方式研究

【摘要】:在我國,目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)的低滲透油田占到新發(fā)現(xiàn)油氣田的一半以上,僅2008年,低滲透原油產(chǎn)量就占全國原油總產(chǎn)量的37.6%,可見低滲透油田已經(jīng)成為油氣開發(fā)建設(shè)的主戰(zhàn)場。注水對提高低滲透油田采收率是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)而有效的方法,但由于各油田地質(zhì)條件的差別,采用何種井型開采或者如何注水才能達(dá)到最佳開發(fā)效果始終是目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)注的問題。因此,研究低滲透致密油藏注水開發(fā)具有重要意義。 本文以四川盆地公山廟油田大安寨低滲透致密油藏為研究對象,綜合運(yùn)用滲流力學(xué)、油藏工程、數(shù)值模擬等多學(xué)科的相關(guān)知識(shí)來研究低滲透致密油藏產(chǎn)能曲線,注水開發(fā)方式及井網(wǎng)部署。完成的主要工作如下: (1)利用拉氏變換,疊加原理推導(dǎo)了雙重介質(zhì)直井,水平井,壓裂水平井產(chǎn)能模型,并利用C#繪制了產(chǎn)能曲線; (2)利用Eclipse建立了機(jī)理模型,分析了表皮因子,各向異性系數(shù),連接因子,水平井段長度等因素對產(chǎn)能的影響; (3)利用正交分析方法,模擬了18種井網(wǎng)部署方案,確定了最優(yōu)開發(fā)方式及注水開發(fā)井網(wǎng); (4)選取典型試驗(yàn)區(qū)塊,優(yōu)選了注水參數(shù)(注水時(shí)機(jī),注水量,注水方式),并模擬了三種井型的產(chǎn)能曲線,與數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果擬合較好; (5)對公39區(qū)塊進(jìn)行了歷史擬合。并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行井網(wǎng)部署,計(jì)算得到該區(qū)塊最終的采收率。 本文對公39區(qū)塊開展研究得到的注水開發(fā)井網(wǎng),已用于指導(dǎo)該區(qū)塊的開發(fā),現(xiàn)場已在該方案指導(dǎo)下,開始布井工作,該井網(wǎng)的最終實(shí)施,將有效改善該區(qū)塊的注水開發(fā)效果,顯著提高該區(qū)塊的原油采收率。研究成果對同類油藏的開發(fā)有指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In our country, the low permeability oil field has accounted for more than half of the newly discovered oil and gas field. In 2008 alone, the low permeability crude oil production accounted for 37.6% of the total crude oil production in China. It can be seen that the low permeability oil field has become the main battlefield of oil and gas development and construction. Water injection is an economical and effective method to improve oil recovery in low permeability oil fields. However, due to the difference of geological conditions in various oilfields, the problem of which well type production or how to achieve the best development effect by water injection has always been a concern at home and abroad. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the waterflooding development of low permeability tight reservoir. In this paper, the low permeability tight reservoir of Gongshanmiao Oilfield in Sichuan Basin is taken as the research object, and the productivity curve of low permeability and dense reservoir is studied by using the relevant knowledge of seepage mechanics, reservoir engineering and numerical simulation. Water injection development mode and well pattern deployment. The main tasks accomplished are as follows: 1) the productivity models of dual medium vertical wells, horizontal wells and fracturing horizontal wells are derived by using Laplace transform and superposition principle, and productivity curves are drawn by using C #. (2) the mechanism model is established by using Eclipse, and the effects of factors such as epidermal factor, anisotropy coefficient, connection factor and horizontal well length on productivity are analyzed. (3) by using orthogonal analysis method, 18 kinds of well pattern deployment schemes are simulated, and the optimum development mode and water injection development well pattern are determined. (4) selecting the typical test block, selecting the water injection parameters (water injection timing, water injection rate, water injection mode), and simulating the productivity curves of three types of wells, which is fit well with the results of mathematical model calculation; The historical fitting of Gong39 block is carried out. On the basis of this, the well pattern is deployed and the final recovery factor of the block is calculated. In this paper, the well pattern of water injection development in Gong39 block has been used to guide the development of this block. Under the guidance of the project, well layout has been started, and the final implementation of the well pattern will effectively improve the water injection development effect of the block. The oil recovery of this block is improved significantly. The research results can be used for reference in the development of similar reservoirs.
