介孔分子篩HMS負(fù)載磷鎢酸催化劑的制備及其氧化脫硫性能研究

【摘要】:雜多酸催化劑同時(shí)具有酸性和氧化性,用于輕質(zhì)燃料油的氧化脫硫具有很好的效果。以十二胺為模板劑,磷鎢酸為活性組分,介孔分子篩HMS為載體,分別采用浸漬法和一步合成法制備了負(fù)載型HPW/HMS催化劑。對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了FT-IR和SEM分析表征,考察了催化劑制備條件和反應(yīng)條件對(duì)其脫硫活性的影響。結(jié)果表明:采用一步合成法制備的HPW/HMS催化劑,其脫硫效率高于浸漬法制備的催化劑;與焙燒法相比,通過(guò)溶劑萃洗去除一步合成法制備過(guò)程中的模板劑,得到的催化劑脫硫率更高;HPW/HMS催化劑仍然保持磷鎢酸的Keggin結(jié)構(gòu),能有效催化氧化二苯并噻吩(DBT);在反應(yīng)溫度50℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間60 min,催化劑質(zhì)量0.02 g,H2O2體積0.1 m L的條件下,DBT脫除率達(dá)到96.5%。
[Abstract]:Heteropoly acid catalyst has both acid and oxidation properties, so it has a good effect for oxidative desulfurization of light fuel oil. Using dodecylamine as template, phosphotungstic acid as active component and mesoporous molecular sieve HMS as carrier, supported HPW/HMS catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and one-step synthesis method, respectively. The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the desulfurization activity of the catalysts were investigated. The results show that the desulfurization efficiency of the HPW/HMS catalyst prepared by one-step synthesis method is higher than that of the catalyst prepared by impregnation method, and the template in the one-step synthesis process is removed by solvent extraction washing compared with the calcination method. The obtained catalyst still maintains the Keggin structure of phosphotungstic acid and can effectively catalyze the oxidation of dibenzothiophene dithiophene dithiophene (DBT) at 50 鈩,
