吉林乾安油田低滲透儲層損害機理研究

【摘要】:隨著油氣資源需求的日益增長,勘探開發(fā)發(fā)育較差的低孔低滲油氣藏成為增加油氣產量的重要措施之一。本文主要針對乾安區(qū)塊黑帝廟和高臺子等低孔、低滲儲層進行儲層損害機理的研究。通過室內實驗研究結果發(fā)現,該地區(qū)青三段黑帝廟層和嫩四段高臺子儲層孔隙度和滲透率值很小,均屬于發(fā)育較差的低孔低滲油層。研究儲層中粘土礦物絕對含量小于5%,均未發(fā)現蒙脫石。黑帝廟儲層存在中等偏弱酸敏性和水(鹽)敏性以及弱速敏和弱堿敏性,高臺子儲層存在中等偏弱速敏性,弱水敏性,弱鹽敏、酸敏及堿敏性,主要的損害方式為水鎖損害,水鎖損害率在10.71%~15.38%。在實驗研究的基礎上,建立了描述濾液侵入損害的數學模型,進行數值計算計算。通過模型得到的儲層滲透率恢復值與實驗測得滲透率恢復值相一致,誤差不超過10%。針對研究區(qū)塊水鎖損害嚴重的問題,室內優(yōu)選了防水鎖劑FHB-10,最優(yōu)加量為2%,最后對鉆井液體系進行改善。室內實驗研究結果表明,改善后的鉆井液儲層保護效果顯著,滲透率恢復值達到91.40%,是一種低侵入、低傷害的優(yōu)質鉆井液體系,能有效預防水鎖損害,達到保護油氣層的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for oil and gas resources, low porosity and low permeability reservoirs with poor exploration and development have become one of the important measures to increase oil and gas production. In this paper, the reservoir damage mechanism of low porosity and low permeability reservoirs such as Hedimiao and Gaotaizi in Gan'an block is studied. The results of laboratory experiments show that the porosity and permeability of the Hedemiao and Gaotaizi reservoirs in the third member of Qingjiang formation and the fourth member of the Nen formation are very small and belong to the poorly developed low porosity and low permeability reservoirs. The absolute content of clay minerals in the reservoir is less than 5 and no montmorillonite is found. There are moderate partial weak acid sensitivity, water (salt) sensitivity, weak speed sensitivity and weak alkali sensitivity in Heidimiao reservoir, and moderate partial weak velocity sensitivity, weak water sensitivity, weak salt sensitivity, acid sensitivity and alkali sensitivity in Gaotaizi reservoir. The main damage mode is water lock damage. The damage rate of water lock is 10.71% and 15.38%. On the basis of experimental study, a mathematical model describing the invasion damage of filtrate was established, and the numerical calculation was carried out. The recovery value of reservoir permeability obtained by the model is consistent with that obtained by experiment, and the error is not more than 10%. In order to solve the problem of serious damage of water lock in the study area, a waterproof locking agent FHB-10 was selected in the laboratory, the optimum addition was 2, and the drilling fluid system was improved at last. The results of laboratory experiments show that the improved drilling fluid reservoir protection effect is remarkable, permeability recovery value reaches 91.40, it is a kind of low invasion and low damage high quality drilling fluid system, it can effectively prevent water lock damage and achieve the purpose of protecting oil and gas reservoir.
