低濃度胍膠壓裂液在延安氣田本溪組的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為降低本溪組壓裂液對地層的傷害,研究開發(fā)了適合延安氣田本溪組儲層的低濃度胍膠壓裂液體系。實驗結(jié)果表明:低濃度胍膠壓裂液當胍膠質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.3%時,在100℃,170s的剪切速率下經(jīng)過120min耐溫剪切,粘度保持在200m Pa·s~(-1);殘渣含量和巖心傷害率明顯低于常規(guī)胍膠壓裂液體系。該體系在延安氣田本溪組試驗2井次,表現(xiàn)出攜砂能力強、低摩阻、返排效果好等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the formation damage caused by the fracturing fluid in Benxi formation, a low concentration guanidine gel fracturing fluid system suitable for Benxi formation reservoir in Yan'an gas field was developed.
