【摘要】：針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)大口徑、高鋼級(jí)管道普遍采用半自動(dòng)焊技術(shù)而逐漸暴露的焊接質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,研究了大口徑、高鋼級(jí)管道的焊接技術(shù)及焊縫檢測(cè)技術(shù)。分析了半自動(dòng)焊與全自動(dòng)焊對(duì)大口徑、高鋼級(jí)管道環(huán)焊縫質(zhì)量的影響因素,并通過(guò)西氣東輸高鋼級(jí)管道焊口泄漏事故失效分析報(bào)告、管材低溫沖擊試驗(yàn)與金相分析報(bào)告及環(huán)焊縫焊接工藝試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了影響焊接質(zhì)量的因素;開(kāi)展了半自動(dòng)焊與全自動(dòng)焊經(jīng)濟(jì)性對(duì)比,得到了焊接機(jī)組成本與完成工作量的關(guān)系;研究了自動(dòng)超聲波檢測(cè)技術(shù)的可靠性,提出了國(guó)內(nèi)全自動(dòng)焊焊縫檢測(cè)的方法。由此可得:對(duì)于大口徑、高鋼級(jí)管道,全自動(dòng)焊能夠有效避免半自動(dòng)焊環(huán)焊縫低溫沖擊功值偏低且離散的問(wèn)題,具有質(zhì)量可靠、工效提升的優(yōu)勢(shì),但從經(jīng)濟(jì)性角度考慮,只有當(dāng)全自動(dòng)焊工作量大于經(jīng)濟(jì)焊接工作量時(shí),全自動(dòng)焊的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益才會(huì)超過(guò)半自動(dòng)焊;全自動(dòng)焊焊縫質(zhì)量可采用自動(dòng)超聲波檢測(cè)技術(shù)檢驗(yàn)。因此,建議在大口徑、高鋼級(jí)管道的建設(shè)施工中,全面推行全自動(dòng)焊技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of welding quality exposed gradually by semi-automatic welding technology in domestic large-caliber and high-steel pipeline, the welding technology and weld inspection technology of large-caliber and high-steel grade pipeline are studied. This paper analyzes the influence factors of semi-automatic welding and automatic welding on the quality of girth weld of large-caliber and high-grade steel pipeline, and analyzes the failure analysis report of leakage accident at welding joint of high-grade pipeline transported from west to east by gas transmission from west to east. The low temperature impact test, metallographic analysis report and welding process test of girth weld have verified the factors that affect the welding quality, compared semi-automatic welding with that of automatic welding, and obtained the relationship between the cost of welding unit and the work done. The reliability of automatic ultrasonic testing technology is studied, and the method of automatic welding seam detection in China is put forward. It can be concluded that for large-caliber and high-grade steel pipe, automatic welding can effectively avoid the problem of low temperature impact power and discrete value of semi-automatic welding girth weld, which has the advantages of reliable quality and improved working efficiency, but from the economic point of view, Only when the workload of automatic welding is greater than that of economical welding, the economic benefit of automatic welding will exceed that of semi-automatic welding, and the quality of fully automatic welding seam can be checked by automatic ultrasonic testing technology. Therefore, it is suggested that fully automatic welding technology should be carried out in the construction of large-caliber and high-grade steel pipes.
