【摘要】:井漏是一個困擾鉆井速度提升的重要問題,不但會造成損失大量鉆井液,造成成本增加,而且會造成卡鉆、井噴等一系列嚴(yán)重的井下事故。井漏對鉆井危害極大,如何處理井漏是國內(nèi)外鉆井行業(yè)重視的問題。導(dǎo)致井漏的原因很多,制約井漏處理的原因也很多,如何針對不同的井漏發(fā)生因素采用合理的辦法就成為了石油技術(shù)需要解決的技術(shù)難題。雙6區(qū)塊位于遼河斷陷西部凹陷雙臺子斷裂背斜帶,雙臺子油田中部。該區(qū)塊東部斷陷盆地形成復(fù)雜破碎的斷塊構(gòu)造,加上儲層復(fù)雜多變的陸相河流相沉積,地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,在鉆井施工中易出現(xiàn)井漏。本文針對雙6區(qū)塊井漏發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,改善現(xiàn)有的鉆井液體系并尋找合適的配比隨鉆堵漏劑來進(jìn)行鉆進(jìn)過程中的防漏工作。經(jīng)過實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)有的鉆井液中加入4%膨潤土+1%單項封堵劑+2%復(fù)合堵漏劑+1%的超細(xì)碳酸鈣組成的隨鉆堵漏劑就能夠有效封堵滲漏及微裂縫地層,保證鉆井順利施工。針對雙6區(qū)塊儲氣庫技術(shù)套管固井過程中出現(xiàn)井漏導(dǎo)致固井質(zhì)量不合格的問題,提出適合雙6區(qū)塊的承壓堵漏配方:原漿+5%的隨鉆堵漏配方+2%低滲透封堵劑BST-Ⅱ+2%棉籽殼+3%細(xì)顆粒核桃殼,采用橋接堵漏填充地層,提高地層周向誘導(dǎo)應(yīng)力及在井壁形成致密泥餅的方法來提高地層承壓能力,該承壓堵漏技術(shù)在雙6區(qū)塊已經(jīng)得到應(yīng)用,將以往的10天承壓工藝縮短到5天以內(nèi),提高了堵漏效率,滿足固井施工對地層承壓能力的要求。
[Abstract]:Well leakage is an important problem to improve drilling speed. It will not only cause loss of a large amount of drilling fluid and increase the cost, but also lead to a series of serious downhole accidents such as drilling jam, blowout and so on. Well leakage is very harmful to drilling. How to deal with well leakage is an important problem in drilling industry at home and abroad. There are many reasons leading to well leakage and many reasons restricting the treatment of well leakage. How to adopt reasonable methods to deal with different factors of well leakage has become a technical problem that needs to be solved by petroleum technology. Block Shuang 6 is located in the Shuangtaizi fault anticline zone in the western depression of Liaohe fault depression and in the middle of Shuangtaizi Oilfield. In the eastern fault basin of this block, complicated fault-block structure is formed, coupled with the complicated continental fluvial facies deposition of reservoir, the geological conditions are complicated, and well leakage is easy to occur in drilling construction. In this paper, the causes of well leakage in Shuang 6 Block are analyzed, the existing drilling fluid system is improved and the appropriate proportion of plugging agent while drilling is found to prevent leakage during drilling. It is found by experiments that adding 4% bentonite 1% single plugging agent 2% compound plugging agent 1% superfine calcium carbonate plugging agent to the existing drilling fluid can effectively seal the leakage and microfracture formation and ensure the smooth drilling operation. In view of the failure of casing during casing cementing in Shuang6 Block, the cementing quality is not up to standard. The pressure plugging formula suitable for Shuang 6 block is put forward.
