【摘要】:合成了用于中高溫油藏壓裂作業(yè)的有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)劑,并與羥丙基胍膠壓裂液組成了有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)凍膠體系。研究了合成條件對(duì)交聯(lián)時(shí)間的影響,考察了有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)凍膠體系的性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,制備有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)劑適宜的反應(yīng)條件為:130℃、絡(luò)合劑醇胺質(zhì)量比4∶2。制備的有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)劑凍膠體系適用于90~120℃的中高溫地層壓裂作業(yè)。破膠劑添加量為0.2%~0.3%(φ)可滿足不同的施工工藝參數(shù)要求。有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)凍膠體系可在110~120℃下保持表觀黏度穩(wěn)定大于100 mPa·s,并在作業(yè)后120~240 min實(shí)現(xiàn)破膠水化。
[Abstract]:The organic boron crosslinking agent used in middle and high temperature reservoir fracturing was synthesized, and the organoboron crosslinking gel system was formed with hydroxypropyl guanidine gel fracturing fluid. The effects of synthesis conditions on crosslinking time were studied and the properties of organoboron crosslinked gel system were investigated.
