膨潤土的改性及膨潤土潤滑脂制備的實驗研究

【摘要】:采用鈉化劑Na F、Na Cl、Na_2CO_3對膨潤土進行鈉化改性,進一步采用十八烷基三甲基氯化銨(1831)、十八烷基二甲基芐基氯化銨(1827)、十六烷基三甲基氯化銨(1631)對膨潤土進行有機改性,考察膨潤土的鈉化和有機改性的條件,探討膨潤土潤滑脂的制備工藝。結(jié)果表明:2%~3%Na_2CO_3在60℃~80℃下鈉化30~60 min的效果較好;采用十八烷基三甲基氯化銨(1831)或十八烷基二甲基芐基氯化銨(1827)與十六烷基三甲基氯化銨(1631)復(fù)合改性都取得良好效果。利用改性膨潤土作為稠化劑制備的潤滑脂具有良好的高溫性、膠體安定性、機械安定性、防銹抗腐性、抗水性和極壓抗磨性。
[Abstract]:Bentonite was modified by sodium alkyl trimethylammonium chloride 1831, octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 1827, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride 1 631 by NaFU NaClN Na2CO3 modified bentonite, and bentonite was modified by alkyl trimethylammonium chloride (octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride). The conditions of sodium and organic modification of bentonite were investigated and the preparation process of bentonite grease was discussed. The results showed that the effect of Na2CO3 / Na2CO3 / Na2CO3 was better than that of Na2CO3 at 60 鈩,
