新立Ⅲ區(qū)塊精細(xì)水驅(qū)及深部調(diào)驅(qū)方案優(yōu)化

【摘要】:吉林油田低滲透油藏潛力巨大,且多數(shù)已進(jìn)入高含水開發(fā)階段,無效水循環(huán)嚴(yán)重,開發(fā)矛盾突出,在股份公司大力支持下,按照完善水驅(qū)、改善水驅(qū)、轉(zhuǎn)換驅(qū)替方式“三步走”整體工作部署,改善水驅(qū)是現(xiàn)階段工作重點(diǎn),深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)是其關(guān)鍵-方向性工程技術(shù),因此,在新立油田最早開發(fā)的主體區(qū)塊開展調(diào)驅(qū)新技術(shù)試驗(yàn)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過篩選合理的注入劑體系(采用尺寸在納米到微米范圍的微球體系),并配合加入驅(qū)油劑,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大注水波及體積和提高洗油效率,進(jìn)一步解決儲層深部驅(qū)替非均質(zhì)的問題,即物性差異的問題,從而最終實(shí)現(xiàn)二次開發(fā)的較大幅度提高水驅(qū)采收率和改善水驅(qū)開發(fā)效果的目標(biāo)。本文針對油田開發(fā)目前面臨的形勢及問題,確定調(diào)驅(qū)試驗(yàn)區(qū)的選擇依據(jù),進(jìn)而進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)區(qū)的區(qū)塊優(yōu)選以及調(diào)驅(qū)單井層位優(yōu)選,最終確定單井注入層段及注入量,確定空白水驅(qū)方案。通過優(yōu)勢通道識別的認(rèn)識,建立調(diào)驅(qū)體系的優(yōu)選及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過階段試驗(yàn)的效果來看,調(diào)驅(qū)試驗(yàn)取得巨大成功,這不但將為新立油田二次開發(fā)探索進(jìn)一步提高采收率的技術(shù)方法,同時(shí)也為吉林油田類似區(qū)塊高含水期的深化挖潛提高開發(fā)水平探索有效的技術(shù)途徑。
[Abstract]:The potential of low permeability reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield is huge, and most of them have entered the stage of high water cut development. The invalid water circulation is serious and the development contradiction is prominent. Under the support of the joint stock company, it is necessary to perfect water flooding and improve water flooding.The "three step" integral work arrangement of changing displacement mode and the improvement of water drive are the key work at this stage, and the deep displacement technology is its key-directional engineering technology, so,It is of great practical significance to test the new technology of oil flooding in the main block of Xinli Oilfield.By screening reasonable injectant system (adopting microsphere system with size from nanometer to micron, and adding oil displacement agent, the water injection sweep volume and oil washing efficiency are further expanded, and the problem of heterogeneous displacement in deep reservoir is further solved.That is, the problem of physical property difference, so as to achieve the goal of increasing the recovery efficiency of water drive and improving the effect of water drive development.In view of the situation and problems faced by oilfield development at present, this paper determines the basis for selecting the pilot area for oil flooding, and then optimizes the block selection and single well interval selection in the test area, and finally determines the injection zone and injection rate of single well.Determine the blank water drive scheme.Based on the recognition of dominant channel, the optimal selection and design of the control and flooding system are established.According to the effect of the stage test, the control and drive test has achieved great success, which will not only explore the technical methods to further improve the recovery factor for the secondary development of Xinli Oilfield,At the same time, an effective technical approach is explored for the deepening of high water cut period in similar blocks in Jilin Oilfield and the improvement of development level.
