    前言：隨著中國和印度經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起,兩國對能源特別是石油的需求越來越大。由于兩國國內(nèi)石油儲量有限,石油的生產(chǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速增長的需求,這使得兩國近年來在尋找海外石油供給來源時(shí)頻頻“碰撞”,存在爭奪能源之勢。由于兩國特殊的國情,決定了兩國必須在這個(gè)問題上采取合作的態(tài)度以避免“雙輸”。
    With the emerging of China and Indian'S economy,the two countries will demand more and more energy,especially petroleum.Because the reserve of petroleum in the two countries is limited,they have to search the oversea supplying.So the competition for petroleum supplying between China and India is inevitable in this process.Because the special national situation of the two countries,the best choice for them is to cooperating in this field,only in this way,the two countries could realize the maximum of benefit...
