煤油共煉交互影響的初步分析

【摘要】:基于煤油共煉的加氫處理效果與煤和重油性質(zhì)關(guān)系密切,但非所有重油均適合與煤共同加氫處理,分析了適合煤油共煉的煤種和重油,并同時(shí)分析了煤油共煉過程中煤和重油的交互影響。分析表明:鏡質(zhì)組和殼質(zhì)組相對含量之和較大的低階煤與芳香度較高的重油適合作煤油共煉原料;煤能加氫裂化反應(yīng),也能脫除重油的金屬、非金屬以及焦粒;重油能加氫裂化反應(yīng),也能作為煤油共煉的溶劑。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that the hydrotreating effect of kerosene co-smelting is closely related to the properties of coal and heavy oil, but not all heavy oils are suitable for co-hydrogenation with coal, the types of coal and heavy oil suitable for co-refining of kerosene are analyzed.At the same time, the interaction between coal and heavy oil is analyzed.The results show that low rank coal and heavy oil with higher aromaticity can be used as feedstock for co-production of kerosene, coal can be hydrocracking reaction, metal, non-metal and coke particles of heavy oil can also be removed.Heavy oil can be hydrocracking reaction, but also as a solvent for kerosene co-production.
