長輸原油管道泄漏檢測與定位

【摘要】:石油在管道輸送過程中的泄漏事件時(shí)有發(fā)生,會(huì)造成自然資源的浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染等問題。更為嚴(yán)重的是泄漏事件直接威脅周邊廣大人民群眾的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。因此能夠及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)管道輸送的石油產(chǎn)品泄漏、泄漏位置及泄漏量具有極其重要的意義。本文以吳延線原油管道為背景,詳細(xì)地分析了吳起—延煉原油管線的工藝需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套全自動(dòng)在線檢測泄漏檢測與定位系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以負(fù)壓波信號檢測定位方法作為理論基礎(chǔ),能夠?qū)崟r(shí)運(yùn)行檢漏系統(tǒng)的總模塊,完成系統(tǒng)各個(gè)硬件模塊的搭建,建立數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程傳輸技術(shù)、管道的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)綜合分析的自動(dòng)檢測系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備控制、趨勢分析、報(bào)警管理、操作記錄、報(bào)表打印等功能。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)實(shí)際和相關(guān)參數(shù)從軟件及硬件兩個(gè)方面完成系統(tǒng)的整體構(gòu)架。硬件方面基于數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備來采集現(xiàn)場壓力、流量、溫度信號等數(shù)據(jù),通過局域網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通訊;軟件方面利用Citect組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)軟件界面,并通過其調(diào)用泄漏檢測報(bào)警、定位模塊、共同組成泄漏檢測系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過調(diào)試運(yùn)行,該系統(tǒng)適用于原油長輸管線的泄漏檢測,檢測定位靈敏準(zhǔn)確,對快速突發(fā)性的泄漏適用性很強(qiáng),能夠?yàn)樵凸艿肋\(yùn)輸提供實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控分析,滿足長輸管線的管理需要,為管道的安全運(yùn)行提供了保證。
[Abstract]:The leakage of oil in pipeline sometimes causes waste of natural resources and environmental pollution.What is more serious is that the leakage directly threatens the lives and property safety of the surrounding people.Therefore, it is of great significance to find the leakage, leakage location and leakage quantity of petroleum products transported by pipeline in time and accurately.In this paper, based on the oil pipeline of Wuyan line, the technological requirements of Wuqi-Yanling crude oil pipeline are analyzed in detail, and a set of automatic on-line leak detection and location system is designed.Based on the method of detecting and locating the negative pressure wave signal, the system can run the main module of the leak detection system in real time, complete the construction of each hardware module of the system, establish the technology of data acquisition and remote data transmission.The automatic detection system for comprehensive analysis of basic data of pipeline realizes the functions of field equipment control, trend analysis, alarm management, operation record, report form printing and so on.In this paper, the overall framework of the system is completed from the aspects of software and hardware, combined with the field production practice and related parameters.Hardware based on data acquisition equipment to collect field pressure, flow, temperature signals and other data, through the LAN to achieve data communication, software use Citect configuration software development software interface, and through its call leakage detection alarm,Location module, together with a leak detection system.After debugging and running, the system is suitable for leak detection of long distance crude oil pipeline, the detection location is sensitive and accurate, and it has strong applicability for rapid and sudden leakage, which can provide real-time monitoring and analysis for crude oil pipeline transportation.Meet the management needs of long-distance pipeline, and provide a guarantee for the safe operation of pipeline.
