高品質(zhì)驅(qū)油用高分子量聚丙烯酰胺工業(yè)化試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了滿足油田三次采油對(duì)聚丙烯酰胺產(chǎn)品多樣性的需求,滿足其對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求。在公司沒有完全成熟的生產(chǎn)工藝的情況下,利用現(xiàn)有中分子量聚丙烯酰胺的生產(chǎn)技術(shù),生產(chǎn)線不進(jìn)行大的技術(shù)改造,不增加生產(chǎn)成本的情況下,通過優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)、更換部分新型催化劑來生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)高分子量聚丙烯酰胺產(chǎn)品。為了解決驅(qū)油用高分子量聚丙烯酰胺產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的一級(jí)品合格率偏低的問題(共有15個(gè)指標(biāo),分別是產(chǎn)品外觀、固含量、粒度、粘均分子量、水解度、溶解速度、篩網(wǎng)系數(shù)、殘余單體、水不溶物、過濾因子、粘度、特性粘數(shù)、剪切粘度保留率、穩(wěn)定粘度保留率、靜吸附粘度保留率),需要重新摸索出一套氧化還原劑配方和一套新的各個(gè)工序的工藝操作參數(shù)。從溶解配方、聚合反應(yīng)、干燥工序工藝參數(shù)的調(diào)整、研磨油與分散劑的配比、研磨篩分工序操作參數(shù)的變更等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。提高驅(qū)油用高分子量聚丙烯酰胺產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的一級(jí)品合格率,為油田提供更多更優(yōu)質(zhì)的表面活性劑產(chǎn)品,確保油田4000萬噸的目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),也為了大慶煉化公司減少產(chǎn)品降等級(jí)所帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)上的損失。通過一系列試驗(yàn),如:改變?nèi)芙庖簼舛取⑷芙庖簆H值、水解劑的量、氧化還原體系劑的量、聚合反應(yīng)的初始溫度、干燥器換熱方式、干燥器風(fēng)溫風(fēng)壓、雙層篩網(wǎng)眼的直徑等11項(xiàng)試驗(yàn),生產(chǎn)出的聚丙烯酰胺的分子量達(dá)到了高分子量產(chǎn)品的要求,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量也得到了較大的提升,達(dá)到了本次試驗(yàn)預(yù)計(jì)的效果。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of polyacrylamide product diversity and product quality requirement of tertiary oil recovery in oil field.Under the condition that the company does not have a fully mature production process, using the existing production technology of medium-molecular-weight polyacrylamide, the production line does not carry out a large technical transformation and does not increase the production cost, by optimizing the process parameters.Replace some new catalysts to produce high-molecular weight polyacrylamide products.In order to solve the problem of low qualified rate of the first grade products of high molecular weight polyacrylamide for oil displacement (there are 15 indexes, they are product appearance, solid content, particle size, viscosity average molecular weight, hydrolysis degree, dissolution speed, screen coefficient, etc.Residual monomer, water insoluble, filtration factor, viscosity, intrinsic viscosity, shear viscosity retention, stable viscosity retention,It is necessary to find out a new formula of oxidizing reductant and a set of new process parameters for static adsorption viscosity retention rate.The optimization was carried out from the aspects of solution formula, polymerization reaction, adjustment of drying process parameters, ratio of grinding oil to dispersant, modification of operation parameters of grinding and screening process, etc.To improve the qualified rate of the first grade products of high molecular weight polyacrylamide for oil displacement, to provide more and more high quality surfactant products for oil fields, and to ensure the realization of the goal of 40 million tons of oil fields.Also for Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company to reduce the economic losses caused by product downgrade.Through a series of experiments, such as changing the concentration of solution, pH value of solution, amount of hydrolytic agent, amount of redox system agent, initial temperature of polymerization reaction, heat transfer mode of dryer, air temperature and wind pressure of dryer,The molecular weight of the polyacrylamide has reached the requirement of the high molecular weight product and the quality of the product has been greatly improved, and the predicted effect of this experiment has been achieved.
