G18塊弱凝膠調(diào)驅(qū)體系調(diào)驅(qū)效果的室內(nèi)研究

【摘要】:G18塊的弱凝膠調(diào)驅(qū)體系受區(qū)塊水質(zhì)影響嚴重、成膠性差,調(diào)驅(qū)效果不理想,針對這一問題進行了體系配方優(yōu)化和產(chǎn)出水配制調(diào)驅(qū)體系的實驗研究,實驗通過測定不同配方體系粘度和成膠強度進而對弱凝膠配方進行優(yōu)化,實驗結(jié)果表明,調(diào)驅(qū)體系的合理聚合物濃度范圍為0.15%~0.2%,交聯(lián)劑濃度的范圍為0.15%-0.25%;且現(xiàn)有的G18塊現(xiàn)場3種產(chǎn)出水,以不同比例混合后的水配制調(diào)驅(qū)體系均能成膠,但成膠強度不同。對水質(zhì)中影響體系成膠性能的因素開展的分析實驗顯示,配液水中固相顆粒的粒徑越大、含量越高成膠性能變差,綜合考慮,配液水應(yīng)滿足懸浮顆粒含量_30mg/L、懸浮顆粒粒徑中值8μm;礦化度對調(diào)驅(qū)體系的成膠性能影響很大,隨著礦化度增加、調(diào)驅(qū)體系的成膠性能變差,當?shù)V化度達到7000mg/L時該體系不能成膠;配液水中含油量≤20mg/L、SRB含量≤102個/mL時對調(diào)驅(qū)體系的成膠性能沒有影響;配制用水的最佳PH值為7。調(diào)驅(qū)體系的巖心調(diào)驅(qū)實驗結(jié)果表明,隨著調(diào)驅(qū)體系注入量的增大,采出程度增大,含水率下降幅度增大,最大驅(qū)替壓差增大,總采收率增大。兼顧調(diào)驅(qū)效果與經(jīng)濟效益,選擇0.2PV為最佳注入量:當含水達到中高含水期以后,調(diào)驅(qū)時機越早,采出程度越高,可以提前進行調(diào)驅(qū),這樣也可以縮短開采時間;而隨著調(diào)驅(qū)體系注入速度的增大,調(diào)驅(qū)采出程度減小,含水率下降幅度減小,最大驅(qū)替壓差增大,總采收率減小。
[Abstract]:The weak gel control and flooding system of block G18 is seriously affected by the water quality of block, the gelation property is poor, and the effect of adjusting and flooding is not ideal. In view of this problem, the system formula optimization and production water preparation of the system are studied experimentally.The weak gel formulation was optimized by measuring the viscosity and gelling strength of different formulations.The reasonable polymer concentration ranges from 0.15 to 0.2and the crosslinking agent concentration ranges from 0.15 to 0.25.The three kinds of water produced from the existing G18 block can be gelatinized by mixing water with different proportions, but the gelling strength is different.The analysis of the factors that influence the gelling property of the system in water quality shows that the larger the particle size of solid phase in the mixed water, the worse the content of Gao Cheng gum, and the more comprehensive consideration is.The distribution water should satisfy the suspended particle content of 30 mg / L and the median of suspended particle size 8 渭 m. The salinity has a great influence on the gelatinization performance of the adjusting flooding system.
