無(wú)硫磷三嗪雜環(huán)衍生物潤(rùn)滑油添加劑的制備及摩擦性能

【摘要】:以三聚氯氰和嗎啉、苯酚為原料合成了兩種無(wú)硫磷的三嗪含氮雜環(huán)衍生物2,4,6-三嗎啉基-均三嗪(CMMM)和2,4,6-三苯酚基-均三嗪(CPPP)潤(rùn)滑油添加劑,并采用FT-IR和元素分析對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。考察了CPPP和CMMM的熱穩(wěn)定性和油溶性。采用四球摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了CMMM和CPPP在菜籽油中的極壓、抗磨及減摩性能;并測(cè)試了CMMM和CPPP分別與T202進(jìn)行復(fù)配后的摩擦學(xué)性能。采用SEM和EDS觀察摩擦表面的形貌特征和元素。結(jié)果表明,合成了目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物CMMM和CPPP;CMMM和CPPP在菜籽油中具有良好的溶解性;在相同實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,CMMM和CPPP的分解溫度范圍分別為270.16~347.58℃和285.26~478.45℃。兩者具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性,且CPPP的熱穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于CMMM;在不同的載荷、添加比例等條件下,CPPP的摩擦學(xué)性能優(yōu)于CMMM。CPPP優(yōu)異的摩擦學(xué)性能得益于分子中含的苯酚環(huán)比嗎啉環(huán)更加緊密,在摩擦過程中,添加劑與摩擦副表面發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),生成了含氮的復(fù)合邊界潤(rùn)滑膜,起到減摩抗磨的作用。復(fù)配性能測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),在不同的載荷、添加比例等條件下,CMMM與T202的最佳復(fù)配比為5:5,CPPP與T202的最佳復(fù)配比為3:7。
[Abstract]:Two thiose-free heterocyclic derivatives of triazine containing nitrogen, 2O4O4O6TIMORINYL-3-trimethazine (CMMMMMMMMMM) and 2O4O4-TIPHENYL-3-triazine CPPP), were synthesized from melamine and morpholine with phenol as raw materials, and two kinds of thion-free triazine-containing heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized, which were used as lubricating oil additives.The structure was characterized by FT-IR and elemental analysis.The thermal stability and oil solubility of CPPP and CMMM were investigated.The extreme pressure, antiwear and antifriction properties of CMMM and CPPP in rapeseed oil were studied by four-ball friction and wear tester, and the tribological properties of CMMM and CPPP were tested after blending with T202.The morphologies and elements of friction surfaces were observed by SEM and EDS.The results show that the target products CMMM and CPPPN CMMM and CPPP have good solubility in rapeseed oil, and the decomposition temperature range of CMMM and CPPP are 270.16C 347.58 鈩,
