液化天然氣裝置脫水工藝設(shè)計及分析

【摘要】:天然氣作為清潔、高效和污染小的能源,代替其他燃料,可以大大減少CO2、SO2、NOx及煙塵的排放量,這對改善大氣環(huán)境,減輕溫室效應(yīng)有著十分明顯的作用,天然氣以其高效、潔凈、方便等優(yōu)勢正逐漸被大家認可,開發(fā)和利用天然氣是當今世界能源發(fā)展的潮流。我國天然氣在一次能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)中所占比例呈上升趨勢。天然氣常溫下以氣態(tài)形式存在,而產(chǎn)地往往遠離用戶,運輸主要靠管道輸送。液化天然氣技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為天然氣的應(yīng)用提供了很大的可能性,在常壓下將天然氣深冷到-162℃,深冷技術(shù)使天然氣以液態(tài)形式存在,即液化天然氣(LNG),其體積縮小為氣態(tài)時的1/625,大大方便了天然氣的運輸和儲存。天然氣中常常含有游離水、氣態(tài)水或飽和水。從而增加集氣管路壓降,嚴重時將形成水合物堵塞管道。當氣體中含有酸性氣體時,液態(tài)水會加速H2S和CO2對管道和設(shè)備的嚴重腐蝕。天然氣在液化前必須進行脫水處理。所以必須對天然氣進行脫水處理,目前脫水方法主要包括低溫冷凝法、溶劑吸收脫水法、固體吸附脫水法與膜法脫水法,目前應(yīng)用最為廣泛的是固體吸附脫水法中的分子篩脫水法,文章對兩種分子篩脫水工藝(變壓再生和變溫再生)進行了對比,最終選用變壓再生來進行設(shè)計。通過流程軟件HYSYS對脫水流程進行流程模擬,對流程中涉及的設(shè)備進行選型和計算,設(shè)計出符合天然氣脫水工藝規(guī)范中要求的脫水工藝流程及裝置,以確保天然氣液化生產(chǎn)裝置的正常運行。
