高抗鹽羥基磺基甜菜堿型表面活性劑的合成與性能

【摘要】:針對(duì)常規(guī)表面活性劑在化學(xué)驅(qū)和壓裂中不抗鹽的問題,以十四醇、環(huán)氧氯丙烷、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和2-羥基-3-氯丙磺酸鈉等為原料,通過兩步醚化法和一步季胺化法合成了一種高抗鹽性羥基磺基甜菜堿型表面活性劑[N-(6-十四烷氧基-5-羥基)-丙氧基乙基-N-二甲基-N-(2-羥基)丙磺酸鈉]氯化銨。用紅外光譜儀對(duì)化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,研究了表面活性劑水溶液的表面活性。結(jié)果表明,所合成的表面活性劑具有優(yōu)良的表面活性,25℃下的臨界膠束濃度(cCMC)為6.4×10~(-4)mol/L、臨界膠束濃度下的表面張力(γCMC)為32.2 m N/m、降低表面張力效率(pC20)為3.38、飽和吸附量(Γmax)為2.80×10~(-6)mol/m~2、最小吸附面積(Amin)為0.17 nm~2/分子。該表面活性劑親水基團(tuán)受高礦化度的影響較小,抗鹽性較好,在NaCl、CaCl_2和MgCl_2質(zhì)量濃度分別為2.8×10~5、2.0×10~4和2.0×10~4mg/L的溶液中均未出現(xiàn)沉淀。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of salt resistance of conventional surfactants in chemical flooding and fracturing, tetradecanol, epichlorohydrin, N-dimethylethanolamine and sodium 2-hydroxy-3-chloropropanesulfonate were used as raw materials.A highly salt-resistant hydroxyl sulfobetaine type surfactant [N-N _ 6- tetradecyl -5-hydroxyl -propyl ethyl -N-dimethyl-N-N--N--N-o-2-hydroxypropanesulfonate] ammonium chloride was synthesized by two-step etherification and one-step quaternary amination.The structure of the compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the surface activity of surfactant aqueous solution was studied.The results show thatThe synthesized surfactant has excellent surface activity.
