蘇里格氣田長(zhǎng)水平段水平井鉆井技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:蘇里格氣田區(qū)域構(gòu)造位于鄂爾多斯盆地陜北斜坡西北部,地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,勘探開(kāi)發(fā)難度大、成本高,氣層具有低滲、低壓、單井產(chǎn)能低、壓力下降快、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)時(shí)間短的特征。為進(jìn)一步提高水平井鉆井的技術(shù)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)蘇里格氣田長(zhǎng)水平段水平井鉆井提速增效、降低成本,避免事故復(fù)雜的發(fā)生。本文主要針對(duì)長(zhǎng)水平段水平井鉆井技術(shù)問(wèn)題,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行理論分析,以下技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究:1、通過(guò)以往水平井鉆頭使用分析和總結(jié),優(yōu)選出單只鉆頭進(jìn)尺多、機(jī)械鉆速高的鉆頭,并經(jīng)過(guò)個(gè)性化改進(jìn),提高鉆頭使用效率;2、通過(guò)采用新型KCL鉆井液體系,并強(qiáng)化封堵措施,解決井壁穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題;3、通過(guò)控制流變參數(shù),使用流型調(diào)節(jié)劑和泥餅質(zhì)量改善劑,解決井眼清潔問(wèn)題;4、應(yīng)用“潤(rùn)滑防卡”特色技術(shù),并通過(guò)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化泥餅質(zhì)量、優(yōu)化RHZY和TZLQ等措施,解決潤(rùn)滑防卡和防托壓?jiǎn)栴};5、控制好井眼軌跡,保持井眼圓滑、狗腿度小,保證長(zhǎng)水平段施工中托壓、上提拉力和旋轉(zhuǎn)扭矩小,起下鉆順暢。最終,本研究初步形成了一套長(zhǎng)水平段水平井鉆井配套工藝技術(shù),對(duì)今后蘇里格氣田長(zhǎng)水平段水平井的鉆進(jìn)有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The regional structure of Sulige gas field is located in the northwest of North Shaanxi slope in Ordos Basin. The geological conditions are complicated, the exploration and development is difficult, the cost is high, the gas reservoir has the characteristics of low permeability, low pressure, low productivity of single well, rapid pressure drop and short time of stable production.In order to further improve the technical level of horizontal well drilling, increase the speed and increase the efficiency of the horizontal well drilling in Sulige gas field, reduce the cost and avoid the occurrence of complex accidents.In this paper, aiming at the technical problems of horizontal well drilling in long horizontal section, according to the theoretical analysis of field experiment data, the following techniques have been studied: 1. Through the analysis and summary of the use of drill bits in horizontal wells in the past, the single bit is selected to advance more.The bit with high drilling speed is improved by individuation to improve the efficiency of drilling bit. By adopting a new type of KCL drilling fluid system and strengthening the plugging measures, the problem of wellbore stability is solved and the rheological parameters are controlled.The flow pattern regulator and mud cake quality improver are used to solve the wellbore cleaning problem and the characteristic technology of "lubricating and blocking prevention" is applied. Through further strengthening the mud cake quality and optimizing the measures such as RHZY and TZLQ, etc.To solve the problems of lubricating anti-blocking and anti-holding pressure, control the well trajectory, keep the hole smooth, the dog leg is small, ensure the support pressure in the construction of long horizontal section, the lifting force and the rotation torque are small, and the drilling-down is smooth.Finally, a set of matching technology for horizontal well drilling in long horizontal section of Sulige gas field has been preliminarily formed, which will be helpful to the drilling of long horizontal well in Sulige gas field in the future.
