分布式控油機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:石油工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,給油井管理帶來(lái)了新的生機(jī)。采油成本、油井產(chǎn)量、生產(chǎn)效率以及油井自動(dòng)化水平是現(xiàn)代化的石油管理亟待解決的問(wèn)題,因此,自動(dòng)化、智能化的分布式控油機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一種分布式控油機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要由數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、遠(yuǎn)程通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)、PC端監(jiān)控軟件、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器、Web服務(wù)器和Web瀏覽器端等部分組成。數(shù)據(jù)采集終端實(shí)時(shí)采集控油機(jī)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)和工況信息,通過(guò)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)和Internet,將從井場(chǎng)采集的參數(shù)和工況信息傳輸?shù)絇C端監(jiān)控軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)PC端監(jiān)控軟件對(duì)油井的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)分頁(yè)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢過(guò)程的緩存技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了Web瀏覽器實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)、歷史數(shù)據(jù)、油井狀態(tài)的快速訪問(wèn)和共享;基于ActiveX技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了井場(chǎng)視頻實(shí)時(shí)顯示與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)的功能。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)無(wú)線組網(wǎng)和Internet網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方式解決了分布零散的控油機(jī)遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)控油機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)及報(bào)警提示等功能。系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在油井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行運(yùn)行測(cè)試,運(yùn)行結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集準(zhǔn)確。實(shí)踐證明本系統(tǒng)實(shí)用性、安全性和可靠性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)油井的無(wú)人化值守,有效提高了勞動(dòng)效率,節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)的成本。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of petroleum industry has brought new vitality to oil well management.The production cost, oil production rate, production efficiency and the level of oil well automation are the problems to be solved urgently in modern petroleum management. Therefore, the automatic and intelligent remote monitoring and control system of distributed oil controller is the trend of development.In order to solve the above problems, this paper develops a distributed oil control remote monitoring system, which is mainly composed of data acquisition terminal, remote communication network monitoring software on PC, database server, web server and Web browser.The data acquisition terminal collects the operation parameters and working conditions information of the oil control machine in real time. Through the GPRS network and Internet, the parameters and working condition information collected from the well field are transmitted to the PC monitoring software to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the oil wells by the PC side monitoring software.Through database paging technology and database query process cache technology, Web browser real-time data, historical data, oil well status of the rapid access and sharing;The function of real-time display and database storage of well-field video is realized based on ActiveX technology.The system solves the problem of remote transmission of real time data by distributed distributed oil controller through wireless network and Internet network, and realizes the functions of real-time monitoring and warning of oil controller.The system has been run and tested in the oil well field. The results show that the system is stable and the real-time data collection is accurate.The practice proves that the system is practical, safe and reliable, which can realize the unmanned duty of oil well, effectively improve the labor efficiency and save the production cost.
