海拉爾油田水平井鉆井液技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:海拉爾油田是大慶油田有利的接替產(chǎn)區(qū),在該地區(qū)鉆水平井開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為提高單井產(chǎn)量、降低開發(fā)成本的有效技術(shù)手段。雖然油基鉆井液很好地解決井眼凈化、井壁穩(wěn)定、潤滑防卡、保護(hù)油氣層等技術(shù)難題,但是具有油基鉆井液配比成本高、對(duì)環(huán)境污染大、后期鉆屑處理成本高等缺點(diǎn),因此需要研制一種新型高性能水基鉆井液(胺基鉆井液)體系來替代油基鉆井液,以此來降低鉆井施工的綜合成本、保護(hù)環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在對(duì)海拉爾盆地主要分布蘇仁諾爾油田、貝爾油田和蘇德爾特油田等幾個(gè)小的油田地質(zhì)特征介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了在海拉爾油田鉆水平井鉆井液在抑制地層造漿、井壁穩(wěn)定、井眼清潔和潤滑防卡等幾個(gè)方面的難點(diǎn)。在大量室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上合成了高性能水基鉆井液主要處理劑—聚胺,通過與KCI、陽離子、甲酸鹽等抑制劑性能對(duì)比分析表明聚胺能夠有效抑制泥巖水化分散,對(duì)泥巖具有優(yōu)良的抑制性能。通過對(duì)抑制劑、包被劑、降濾失劑和潤滑劑等處理劑的優(yōu)選,最終確定了高性能水基鉆井液體系的配方,對(duì)該鉆井液體系配方進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)性能實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該鉆井液體系性能穩(wěn)定,具有較強(qiáng)的抑制性、封堵性、潤滑性、抗污染性和儲(chǔ)集層保護(hù)能力。高性能水基鉆井液體系在海拉爾油田的蘇101-平5井、希38-平1井和貝14-平2井等三口水平井施工中進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,應(yīng)用該鉆井液體系井壁穩(wěn)定、攜巖能力強(qiáng)、潤滑性好,取得了非常好的施工效果。
[Abstract]:Hailaer Oilfield is a favorable replacement for Daqing Oilfield. Drilling horizontal wells in this area has become an effective technical means to improve single well production and reduce development cost.Although oil-based drilling fluids can solve technical problems such as wellbore purification, wellbore stability, lubrication and blocking prevention, and protection of oil and gas reservoirs, they have the disadvantages of high cost of oil-base drilling fluids, high environmental pollution, and high cost of cuttings treatment in the later stage.Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new high performance water based drilling fluid (Amine based drilling fluid) system to replace oil based drilling fluid in order to reduce the comprehensive cost of drilling operation, protect the environment and realize sustainable development.Based on the introduction of the geological characteristics of several small oilfields, such as Surennuor, Bell and Sirte, the drilling fluid in horizontal wells in Hailaer Oilfield is analyzed in depth to suppress formation slurry production.Stability of wellbore, hole cleaning and lubrication blocking, and other aspects of difficulties.On the basis of a large number of laboratory experiments, polyamines, the main treatment agent of high performance water-based drilling fluid, were synthesized. The comparison with KCI, cationic acid, formate and other inhibitors shows that polyamines can effectively inhibit the hydration dispersion of mudstone.It has excellent inhibition performance to mudstone.The formula of the high performance water-based drilling fluid system was determined by the optimal selection of inhibitor, coating agent, filtration reducer and lubricant, and the performance experiments of the system showed that the drilling fluid system was stable.It has strong inhibition, plugging, lubricity, anti-pollution and reservoir protection ability.The high performance water-based drilling fluid system has been applied in the construction of three horizontal wells, well Su 101-Ping 5, well Xi 38 Ping 1 and well Bei 14 Ping 2 in Hailaer Oilfield. The drilling fluid system is used for its stable wellbore, strong rock carrying capacity and good lubricity.Very good construction effect has been achieved.
