紅崗地區(qū)水平井鉆井提速配套技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:紅崗地區(qū)是吉林油田油藏開(kāi)發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,其中紅90-1區(qū)塊是水平井開(kāi)發(fā)示范區(qū)。該區(qū)地層條件復(fù)雜、穩(wěn)定性差,鉆井過(guò)程中存在井漏、井塌等問(wèn)題,同時(shí)下部地層巖石可鉆性較差,鉆井速度慢,導(dǎo)致水平井鉆井周期長(zhǎng)、成本高,嚴(yán)重制約該區(qū)的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)速度。本文針對(duì)以上難點(diǎn)開(kāi)展了紅崗地區(qū)水平井鉆井提速配套技術(shù)研究。針對(duì)紅崗、大安地區(qū)水平井特點(diǎn)優(yōu)選了能夠滿(mǎn)足安全快速鉆井的二開(kāi)井身結(jié)構(gòu)、三開(kāi)小井眼水平井井身結(jié)構(gòu),能夠有效地節(jié)約鉆井成本。形成了兩口井、四口井平臺(tái)水平井優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),優(yōu)化了水平井井眼控制技術(shù),提高了軌跡控制精度,有效地增加了復(fù)合鉆進(jìn)井段比例,增加了鉆井速度。以紅90-1水平井測(cè)井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)紅90-1區(qū)塊三開(kāi)井段地層巖石可鉆性進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)個(gè)性化鉆頭優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及提速試驗(yàn),三開(kāi)井段、二開(kāi)井段機(jī)械鉆速均取得了顯著提高。開(kāi)展了紅崗地區(qū)水平井鉆井液技術(shù)研究,優(yōu)選了KCL-聚合物鉆井液體系,對(duì)該鉆井液體系性能進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià),能夠減少井下復(fù)雜情況的發(fā)生,滿(mǎn)足紅崗地區(qū)水平井安全快速鉆進(jìn)要求。本文形成的上述紅崗地區(qū)水平井鉆井提速配套技術(shù)已在吉林油田其他區(qū)塊推廣應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步提高了這些地區(qū)水平井鉆井速度。
[Abstract]:Honggang area is the key area for reservoir development evaluation in Jilin Oilfield, and Hong90-1 block is the demonstration area for horizontal well development.In this area, the formation conditions are complex, the stability is poor, well leakage, well collapse and so on exist in the drilling process. At the same time, the rock drillability of the lower formation is poor and the drilling speed is slow, which leads to the long drilling period and high cost of horizontal well drilling.Seriously restrict the speed of development and construction in this area.In view of the above difficulties, this paper studies the matching technology of drilling speed increase in horizontal well in Honggang area.According to the characteristics of horizontal wells in Honggang and Da'an areas, the second well structure and the horizontal well structure with three small holes can be selected to meet the requirements of safe and fast drilling, which can effectively save the drilling cost.Two wells, four wells platform horizontal well optimization design technology is formed, the horizontal well hole control technology is optimized, the trajectory control accuracy is improved, the compound drilling section proportion is effectively increased, and the drilling speed is increased.Based on the logging data of Hong90-1 horizontal well, the drillability of formation rock in the third section of Hong90-1 block is analyzed and evaluated.Through the optimization design of individualized bit and the test of raising speed, the mechanical drilling speed of the three open section and the second section have been improved remarkably.The drilling fluid technology of horizontal well in Honggang area was studied, KCL-polymer drilling fluid system was selected, and the performance of the drilling fluid system was analyzed and evaluated, which can reduce the occurrence of downhole complex situation.Meet the requirements of safe and rapid drilling of horizontal wells in Honggang area.In this paper, the matching technology of drilling speed increase in horizontal wells in Honggang area has been popularized and applied in other blocks of Jilin Oilfield, and the drilling speed of horizontal wells in these areas has been further improved.
