聚驅(qū)抽油桿下行滯后井解堵配方及工藝研究

【摘要】:聚合物驅(qū)油技術(shù)已在大慶油田廣泛應(yīng)用,并取得了顯著效果,但在提高采收率、為油田增產(chǎn)增效的同時(shí),也帶來了許多問題。其中,較為突出的問題是與水驅(qū)相比,聚驅(qū)采出液中聚合物濃度明顯升高,采出液性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化,由于含聚采出液具有非牛頓流體特性的粘彈性,使抽油桿在下行運(yùn)動(dòng)中受阻力增加,導(dǎo)致抽油桿下行滯后甚至偏磨,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生斷桿,從而縮短檢泵周期,影響聚驅(qū)正常生產(chǎn)。而關(guān)于采出井解堵這一現(xiàn)實(shí)問題卻較少有人研究,現(xiàn)多數(shù)油田針對(duì)該問題多采用熱洗、刮削、超聲波等物理來方法維持生產(chǎn),而未從化學(xué)解堵的角度考慮。本文針對(duì)這一問題首先分析了大慶油田第六采油廠高濃度聚驅(qū)采出井井壁垢樣組成及采出液性質(zhì)和成分,并研究了采出液流變性及粘彈性對(duì)抽油桿受力影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上,室內(nèi)研制出符合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際要求的解堵劑配方,配方包括主劑(氧化劑、復(fù)配酸)及添加劑(鐵離子穩(wěn)定劑、陽離子共聚物及緩蝕劑),其中當(dāng)氧化劑濃度為3%,氨基磺酸與鹽酸復(fù)配質(zhì)量濃度比為4:1時(shí),降解除垢效果最佳,且對(duì)抽油桿等金屬腐蝕性較小;篩選并研制出了解堵劑添加劑:鐵離子穩(wěn)定劑(1%乙酸)、低聚陽離子共聚物(0.4%)及緩蝕劑(0.1%)對(duì)聚合物凝膠降粘率可達(dá)80%,除垢率可達(dá)55%以上,解堵劑各藥劑間具有配伍性,且對(duì)鐵掛片腐蝕速率小于1mm"a,并具有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的性質(zhì)。在巖心流動(dòng)試驗(yàn)中對(duì)巖心滲透率恢復(fù)率在75%以上。室內(nèi)研制出的解堵劑對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,抽油桿下行滯后現(xiàn)象消失。
[Abstract]:Polymer flooding technology has been widely used in Daqing Oilfield, and has achieved remarkable results. However, while increasing oil recovery, increasing production and increasing efficiency, it also brings many problems.The more prominent problem is that the polymer concentration in the produced solution of polymer flooding is obviously higher than that of water flooding, and the properties of the produced liquid are changed, due to the viscoelasticity of non-Newtonian fluid characteristics of the polymer produced liquid.The resistance of the sucker rod in the downward movement is increased, which leads to the downlink lag or even partial wear of the sucker rod, which will lead to the breaking of the rod when it is serious, thus shortening the period of pump inspection and affecting the normal production of polymer flooding.However, there are few researches on the practical problem of plugging removal in production wells. Most oilfields use physical methods such as heat washing, scraping and ultrasonic wave to maintain production, but not from the angle of chemical plugging removal.In order to solve this problem, this paper first analyzes the scale sample composition and the property and composition of the produced fluid in the well wall of high concentration polymer flooding production well in Daqing Oilfield, and studies the effect of rheology and viscoelasticity of the produced fluid on the force of the sucker rod, and on the basis of the analysis,The formula of plugging agent was developed in laboratory, which includes main agent (oxidant, compound acid) and additive (iron ion stabilizer).When the concentration of oxidant is 3 and the mass ratio of aminosulfonic acid to hydrochloric acid is 4:1, the scale removal effect is the best, and the corrosion to sucker rod and other metals is less.Selecting and developing additives for plugging agent: iron ion stabilizer 1% acetic acid, oligomeric cationic copolymers 0.4%) and corrosion inhibitor 0. 1) the viscosity reduction rate and scale removal rate of polymer gel can reach 80% and 55%, respectively.The corrosion rate of iron hanging sheet is less than that of 1mm ", and it has relatively stable property.In the core flow test, the recovery rate of core permeability is more than 75%.The deplugging agent developed in the laboratory was applied in the field, and the downlink lag of sucker rod disappeared.
