深水卡爪式連接器密封優(yōu)化分析及試驗研究

【摘要】:針對深水卡爪式連接器的密封性能,以赫茲理論為基礎,建立了透鏡式密封的接觸力學模型,得出半接觸寬度、最大接觸應力及壓緊力之間的關系,指出透鏡式密封圈的球面半徑和法蘭錐面角度是影響深水卡爪式連接器密封性能的主要結構參數(shù).對深水卡爪式連接器的密封結構進行參數(shù)化建模,以最小壓緊力為目標函數(shù)對其進行了優(yōu)化,通過敏感性和相關性分析驗證了設計參數(shù)對密封性能的影響,得到設計最小解.對優(yōu)化前后的密封結構進行有限元仿真分析,證明優(yōu)化后的結構可以有效地提高密封性能,最大接觸應力增加了37.9%,接觸寬度增加了36.0%.建立卡爪式連接器密封性能等效試驗模型,對優(yōu)化前后的密封結構進行靜水壓力試驗,給出了相應的試驗結果對比,證明了優(yōu)化后結構尺寸的正確性和合理性.
[Abstract]:Based on Hertz's theory, the contact mechanics model of lens seal is established for the sealing performance of deep water claw connector. The relationship among half contact width, maximum contact stress and compression force is obtained.It is pointed out that the spherical radius and flange cone angle of lens seal ring are the main structural parameters which affect the sealing performance of deep water claw connector.The sealing structure of deep water claw connector is modeled parameterized and optimized with the minimum compression force as the objective function. The influence of design parameters on seal performance is verified by sensitivity and correlation analysis, and the design minimum solution is obtained.The finite element simulation analysis of the seal structure before and after optimization shows that the optimized structure can effectively improve the sealing performance, the maximum contact stress increases by 37.9 and the contact width increases by 36.0.An equivalent test model for sealing performance of claw connectors was established. The hydrostatic pressure test was carried out on the seal structure before and after optimization. The results of the test were compared, and the correctness and rationality of the optimized structure size were proved.
