【摘要】：中海石油煉化有限責(zé)任公司惠州煉油二期2200萬噸/年煉油改擴建及100萬噸/年乙烯工程,從立項、可研、初步設(shè)計到施工圖,都要求設(shè)置一個安全可靠的全廠電氣綜合自動化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的全廠化和自動化不僅需確�；葜轃捇珡S供電與配電系統(tǒng)的安全、可靠、先進、合理,而且更容易有針對性的查找、分析故障緣由,及時定位處置整個石化廠區(qū)供配電系統(tǒng)故障,從而大大改善了操作運行管理能力;同時設(shè)計一個合理的全廠電氣綜合自動化系統(tǒng)也為中海石油煉化有限責(zé)任公司今后信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了良好的平臺。該論文依托惠州煉油二期工程,對電氣綜合自動化系統(tǒng)整體構(gòu)造、子系統(tǒng)功能,保障電源等進行了描述,構(gòu)建了一套經(jīng)過專家組論證的全廠電氣綜合自動化系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)核心部件均采用南瑞繼保相關(guān)設(shè)備,基本實現(xiàn)國產(chǎn)化�；葜轃捇救珡S電氣綜合自動化系統(tǒng),其監(jiān)視控制系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)無人值守,減少了運行、維護和檢修人員;微機保護動作準確、迅速、無誤動;UPS電源裝置和直流免維護操作系統(tǒng)使用方便靈活,提高了系統(tǒng)供電可靠性;管理上配合協(xié)調(diào),運行效果良好,大大提高了全廠電氣設(shè)備運行的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The second phase of Huizhou Oil Refining Co., Ltd., Huizhou Oil Refining Co., Ltd., 22 million t / a, revamping, extension and 1 million t / a ethylene project, from project establishment, feasibility study, preliminary design to construction drawing,Are required to set up a safe and reliable electrical automation system.The whole plant and automation of the system not only need to ensure the safety, reliability, advanced and reasonable of the power supply and distribution system of Huizhou Refinery Plant, but also make it easier to find out and analyze the cause of failure.The fault of power supply and distribution system in the whole petrochemical plant area is fixed and disposed in time, which greatly improves the management ability of operation and operation.At the same time, the design of a reasonable electric integrated automation system also provides a good platform for the future development of information technology of CNOOC Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd.Based on Huizhou Oil Refining Phase II Project, this paper describes the whole structure of electric integrated automation system, the function of subsystem and the guarantee power supply, and constructs a set of integrated electrical automation system of the whole plant, which has been proved by the expert group.The core components of the system are all used Nari Relay related equipment to basically achieve localization.The electric integrated automation system of Huizhou Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd., whose monitoring and control system is unattended, reduces operation, maintenance and maintenance personnel, and the action of microcomputer protection is accurate and rapid,The UPS power supply device and the DC maintenance-free operating system are convenient and flexible to use, and the reliability of the system is improved, the management is coordinated, the operation effect is good, and the operation stability of the electrical equipment in the whole plant is greatly improved.
