溶氣原油流變性研究及流變模型的建立

【摘要】:本論文以氣/液相平衡理論、熱力學(xué)理論、原油流變學(xué)理論及其測(cè)量技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)長(zhǎng)慶溶氣原油的物性及流變特性進(jìn)行了深入的研究。⑴利用自行研制的飽和溶氣原油現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣裝置、凝點(diǎn)測(cè)量裝置、溶解度測(cè)量裝置及流變性測(cè)量裝置,對(duì)長(zhǎng)6、長(zhǎng)8飽和溶氣原油的溶氣特性及流變特性進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)溶解度:隨著溶氣壓力的升高,飽和溶氣原油的溶解度不斷增大;隨著溫度的升高,其溶解度呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。(2)凝點(diǎn):隨著熱處理溫度的升高,原油凝點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)先減小后穩(wěn)定的趨勢(shì),拐點(diǎn)為70℃;同時(shí),隨著溶氣壓力的升高,溶氣原油的凝點(diǎn)不斷降低;另外,低溫下對(duì)原油的剪切作用,使得蠟晶難以形成空間網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),導(dǎo)致原油凝點(diǎn)降低。(3)粘度:首先,熱處理溫度的不同,對(duì)原油非牛頓流體下的表觀粘度及反常點(diǎn)影響較大,對(duì)牛頓流體下的粘度和析蠟點(diǎn)基本沒(méi)有影響;其次,隨著溶氣壓力的升高,溶氣原油的粘度降低,且降粘率隨著溶氣量的增大而提高,同時(shí),析蠟點(diǎn)和反常點(diǎn)有所降低;另外,非牛頓流體溫度范圍內(nèi)對(duì)原油的剪切,造成了原油流變性的惡化,使得低溫下原油的表觀粘度有所增加。(4)屈服值:首先隨著溶氣壓力的升高,相同溫度下的溶氣原油屈服值不斷降低,同時(shí),屈服值隨溫度降低而增大的趨勢(shì)變緩。⑵在已有數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上建立了飽和溶氣原油的粘度和溶解度的計(jì)算模型,模型的計(jì)算值和實(shí)驗(yàn)值偏差在10%以?xún)?nèi),可以滿(mǎn)足工程實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。通過(guò)上述研究工作,揭示了飽和溶氣原油的溶氣特性和流變特性,為長(zhǎng)慶溶氣原油不加熱集輸技術(shù)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on gas / liquid equilibrium theory, thermodynamics theory, crude oil rheology theory and measurement technology.The physical properties and rheological properties of Changqing dissolved gas crude oil were studied deeply. 1 the field sampling device, freezing point measuring device, solubility measuring device and rheological measuring device of saturated dissolved gas crude oil developed by ourselves were used.The characteristics of dissolved gas and rheological properties of Chang6 and Chang8 saturated dissolved gas crude oil were studied.The experimental results show that the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases with the increase of dissolved gas pressure, and the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.The freezing point of crude oil decreased first and then stabilized, and the inflection point was 70 鈩,
