活性水壓裂工藝在吳起油田增注方面的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:水力壓裂是油氣井增產(chǎn)和注水井增注的重要增產(chǎn)措施,是提高低滲透油氣藏開發(fā)效果的有力手段。隨著低滲透油藏的大規(guī)模開發(fā),水力壓裂作為一種有效改善地層滲流條件的手段,被廣泛使用。吳起油田開發(fā)已有多年,作為一個(gè)低滲透油藏,注水開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為吳起油田保持地層能量,維持油田長期穩(wěn)產(chǎn)所必須采取的措施,然而由于油藏在開發(fā)過程中不同程度都會(huì)受到污染,所以在實(shí)施注水開發(fā)時(shí),常常出現(xiàn)注水壓力上升,甚至注不進(jìn)水的情況,通過采用傳統(tǒng)的凍膠壓裂液壓裂增注措施來接觸近井地帶的地層污染來提高注水量,降低注水壓力,但是由于凍膠壓裂液在措施后液體抽汲返排時(shí)間長,大分子殘液滯留容易造成地層堵塞,對油藏儲(chǔ)層造成傷害,大大降低注水井增注效果。然而活性水壓裂技術(shù)在改造這種低滲透油藏方面具有很大的優(yōu)勢,活性水壓裂技術(shù)是經(jīng)過一定化學(xué)添加劑混合的清水作為壓裂液,與常規(guī)凍膠壓裂相比,在造縫機(jī)理、裂縫延伸及裂縫形態(tài)上存在差異。本文通過對活性水壓裂破裂機(jī)理的研究,在清水壓裂的基礎(chǔ)上,改善指導(dǎo)活性水壓裂優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合吳起油田注水井增注措施的實(shí)際情況,采用理論指導(dǎo),軟件參數(shù)模擬,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用實(shí)例分析等多種途徑,給出了活性水壓裂技術(shù)增注在吳起油田的成功應(yīng)用案例,提高了低滲透油藏注水井增注效果,為低滲透油田注水開發(fā)提供了可靠的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic fracturing is an important measure to increase production of oil and gas wells and injection wells, and is a powerful means to improve the development effect of low permeability reservoirs.With the large-scale development of low permeability reservoirs, hydraulic fracturing is widely used as an effective means to improve the percolation conditions of formation.Wuqi Oilfield has been developed for many years.
