【摘要】：長(zhǎng)慶油田的地理氣候條件獨(dú)特,要求該油田所用鉆井液應(yīng)具有無(wú)毒、易降解和環(huán)境可接受性好的特點(diǎn),為此,以多糖衍生物G312為主劑,通過(guò)優(yōu)選其他添加劑,形成了適合于長(zhǎng)慶油田低壓、低滲、低孔儲(chǔ)層的水基環(huán)保成膜鉆井液。該鉆井液利用多糖衍生物的半透膜作用和有機(jī)胺獨(dú)特的抑制防塌作用,達(dá)到了既能保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層又能保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的,與傳統(tǒng)的烷基葡萄糖甙鉆井液相比,具有防塌性能好、主處理劑加量少、抗溫抗鹽能力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。室內(nèi)性能評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明:水基環(huán)保成膜鉆井液無(wú)生物毒性,重金屬含量等達(dá)到了污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;由于具有半透膜效應(yīng),該鉆井液抑制性較強(qiáng),巖屑在其中的線性膨脹率與在清水中相比降低了35.6%,巖屑一次回收率達(dá)到94.80%、二次回收率達(dá)到89.34%;耐溫性較好,可耐120℃高溫,綜合性能優(yōu)良。水基環(huán)保成膜鉆井液在長(zhǎng)慶油田蘇里格地區(qū)A井進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),鉆井過(guò)程中沒(méi)有發(fā)生井下故障,井徑規(guī)則,電測(cè)、下套管作業(yè)一次到底,且鉆井液的環(huán)保性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到了污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研究結(jié)果表明,水基環(huán)保成膜鉆井液的環(huán)保性能和其他性能均能滿(mǎn)足長(zhǎng)慶油田的要求。
[Abstract]:Because of the unique geographical and climatic conditions of Changqing Oilfield, the drilling fluid used in Changqing Oilfield should be non-toxic, easily degradable and environmentally acceptable. Therefore, the polysaccharide derivative G312 was used as the main agent and other additives were selected.The water-based environmental film-forming drilling fluid suitable for low pressure, low permeability and low porosity reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield was formed.The drilling fluid uses the semi-permeable membrane action of polysaccharide derivatives and the unique anti-sloughing effect of organic amine to protect the reservoir and the environment. Compared with the traditional alkyl glucosinolate drilling fluid, the drilling fluid has better anti-collapse performance.The advantages of low dosage of main treatment agent and strong resistance to temperature and salt.The results of laboratory performance evaluation show that water-based environmental film-forming drilling fluid has no biological toxicity, heavy metal content and so on meet the requirements of sewage discharge standard, and the drilling fluid has strong inhibition due to its semi-permeable membrane effect.The linear expansion ratio of cuttings in this process is 35.6m lower than that in clear water. The recovery rate of cuttings is 94.80% and 89.34% respectively. It has good temperature resistance, high temperature tolerance at 120 鈩，
