油氣田井口遠程監(jiān)控終端RTU的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:實時監(jiān)測油氣田井口的數(shù)據(jù)對于提高油井開采壽命和開采效率有著非常重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)油井開采都處在環(huán)境相對惡劣,交通不便,人煙稀少的地區(qū),且采用人工的方式進行現(xiàn)場巡井,不僅效率低下,而且花費巨大。同時現(xiàn)階段油氣田井口設(shè)備多采用分離式安裝在控制箱內(nèi),造成眾多弊端。隨著現(xiàn)代物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、微處理器技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,同時針對當(dāng)前油氣田油井?dāng)?shù)量快速增加的問題,數(shù)字化油田建設(shè)勢在必行。針對目前油氣田井口監(jiān)測存在的一些問題,本文設(shè)計出一種油氣田井口遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要由現(xiàn)場采集設(shè)備、前端監(jiān)控終端、井場上位機、監(jiān)控中心幾部分組成,其中前端井口監(jiān)控終端RTU是整個系統(tǒng)的核心,采用德州公司開發(fā)的一類具有16位總線帶FLASH的單片機MSP430F149作為主控制器,監(jiān)控終端RTU主要實現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備采集到的信息進行接收,經(jīng)過處理、存儲,通過RS485總線或者RJ45通信將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給井場的上位機,監(jiān)控終端RTU和上位機之間采用工業(yè)標準的Modbus協(xié)議進行通信,然后通過油田專用網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳給監(jiān)控中心進行實時監(jiān)測。系統(tǒng)軟件部分的設(shè)計采用集成軟件開發(fā)平臺IAR Embedded Workbench,開發(fā)環(huán)境成熟,模塊化設(shè)計思想。最后設(shè)計出的RTU運行穩(wěn)定可靠,能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)測到數(shù)據(jù),滿足各項指標要求。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用可以有效監(jiān)控井口采集到的數(shù)據(jù),對井場突發(fā)的情況及時作出應(yīng)變處理。系統(tǒng)不僅可以提高油氣田的管理效率,降低工人的工作量,而且可以提高油井生產(chǎn)效率,減少生產(chǎn)成本,增加原油的產(chǎn)量。本系統(tǒng)具有一定的實用性和社會價值,是油氣田數(shù)字化建設(shè)的有效選擇。
[Abstract]:It is very important to monitor the wellhead data of oil and gas field in real time to improve the recovery life and efficiency.The traditional oil well exploitation is located in the area where the environment is relatively bad, the transportation is inconvenient and the people are few, and it is not only inefficient, but also costly to carry out the on-site inspection by artificial method.At the same time, the oil and gas field wellhead equipment is usually installed in the control box, which causes many malpractices.With the rapid development of modern Internet of things and microprocessor technology, it is imperative to construct digital oil field in view of the rapid increase of oil and gas wells.Aiming at some problems existing in wellhead monitoring of oil and gas field, a remote monitoring system for wellhead of oil and gas field is designed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of field acquisition equipment, front-end monitoring terminal, well field host computer and monitoring center. The front-end wellhead monitoring terminal RTU is the core of the whole system.A kind of MCU MSP430F149 with 16-bit bus with FLASH developed by Texas Company is used as the main controller. The monitoring terminal RTU is mainly used to receive, process and store the information collected by the field equipment.The data is transmitted to the host computer in the well field through RS485 bus or RJ45 communication. The communication between the monitoring terminal RTU and the host computer is carried out by using the industrial standard Modbus protocol, and then transmitted to the monitoring center through the oil field special network for real-time monitoring.The system software design adopts the integrated software development platform IAR Embedded Workbench, the development environment is mature, the modular design idea.Finally, the designed RTU is stable and reliable, which can monitor the data in real time and meet the requirements of every index.The application of this system can effectively monitor the data collected from the wellhead and deal with the unexpected situation in time.The system can not only improve the management efficiency of oil and gas fields, reduce the workload of workers, but also improve the production efficiency of oil wells, reduce production costs and increase the production of crude oil.This system has certain practicability and social value, and is an effective choice for oil and gas field digitization construction.
