介孔碳基固體酸的制備及在生物柴油生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以蔗糖為碳源、SiO_2為模板劑,采用碳化-磺化法制備介孔碳基固體酸催化劑,通過酸堿滴定、BET、XRD、FT-IR、SEM等方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征,考察碳化溫度、磺化溫度對(duì)催化劑性能的影響,并將其用于大豆油與甲醇的酯交換反應(yīng),考察反應(yīng)條件及原料中脂肪酸含量的影響。結(jié)果表明:制備催化劑的適宜條件為碳化溫度400℃、磺化溫度170℃;大豆油與甲醇酯交換反應(yīng)的最佳條件為反應(yīng)溫度130℃、醇油摩爾比30、反應(yīng)時(shí)間4h、催化劑用量(占大豆油質(zhì)量的百分比)8%,生物柴油收率最高達(dá)95.94%;連續(xù)使用5次后,生物柴油收率仍達(dá)到85.46%,說明催化劑具有良好的穩(wěn)定性;原料中的脂肪酸對(duì)催化劑性能有一定的負(fù)面影響,但當(dāng)脂肪酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到15%時(shí),生物柴油收率依然可達(dá)90%以上。
[Abstract]:The mesoporous carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared by carbonation and sulfonation with sucrose as the carbon source. The catalyst was characterized by acid-base titration method. The effects of carbonation temperature and sulfonation temperature on the catalytic performance were investigated.It was applied to the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol, and the effects of reaction conditions and fatty acid content in raw materials were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of the catalyst were carbonation temperature 400 鈩,
