水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射孔力學(xué)機(jī)理

【摘要】:為了解決目前水力噴砂射孔施工設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)確率較低的問(wèn)題,尋找實(shí)用可靠的水力噴射力學(xué)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方法,進(jìn)行了水力噴射與儲(chǔ)層巖石力學(xué)作用的機(jī)理研究。根據(jù)能量守恒原理和沖量定理,建立了水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射穿套管、水泥環(huán)及地層系統(tǒng)能量方程,推導(dǎo)了水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射穿套管、水泥環(huán)及地層各階段臨界沖擊力、臨界沖擊速度和射孔時(shí)間等關(guān)鍵力學(xué)參數(shù)計(jì)算模型,據(jù)此建立了水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射孔工藝力學(xué)分析圖版。研究結(jié)果表明,水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射穿套管、水泥環(huán)及地層所需能量大幅度增加,射孔時(shí)間隨之增大,但沖擊力和沖擊速度卻相應(yīng)降低,降低幅度比最大值分別為5.7%和8%。分析認(rèn)為,建立的水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射孔工藝力學(xué)圖版能較好地反映水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射孔過(guò)程,射孔時(shí)間誤差為6.8%,為水力噴砂定點(diǎn)射孔力學(xué)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化、水力壓裂起裂基準(zhǔn)提供了新的力學(xué)模型和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of hydraulic sand blasting perforation design at present, a practical and reliable design method of hydraulic jet mechanics parameters is found, and the mechanism of hydraulic jet and reservoir rock mechanics is studied.According to the energy conservation principle and impulse theorem, the energy equations of hydraulic sand blasting fixed point projecting casing, cement ring and formation system are established, and the critical impact force of hydraulic sand blasting fixed point projecting casing, cement ring and formation stage is deduced.Based on the calculation model of critical mechanical parameters such as critical impact velocity and perforation time, the mechanical analysis chart of hydraulic sand blasting fixed point perforation process is established.The results show that the energy required for cement ring and formation increases greatly, but the impact force and impact velocity decrease correspondingly, and the maximum ratio of reduction is 5.7% and 8%, respectively.The analysis shows that the mechanical chart of hydraulic sand blasting fixed point perforation process can well reflect the process of hydraulic sand blasting fixed point perforation, and the perforation time error is 6.8, which is the design and optimization of mechanical parameters for hydraulic sand blasting fixed point perforation.Hydraulic fracturing fracture initiation standard provides a new mechanical model and theoretical basis.
