汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制方法及半實物仿真實驗平臺的研究

【摘要】:汽油調(diào)合是煉油廠生產(chǎn)汽油過程中的重要工序,在這個過程中,將各種組分油按照一定的比例和質(zhì)量指標進行混合,調(diào)合成各種牌號的成品油,組分油的各項質(zhì)量指標直接影響著成品油的質(zhì)量。汽油調(diào)合過程是一種典型的復雜工業(yè)過程,具有非線性、多變量等特性。 本文以汽油調(diào)合過程為研究對象,開展了汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制的研究,主要分為優(yōu)化控制方法、控制系統(tǒng)、半實物仿真實驗平臺三個方面,,具體內(nèi)容如下: (1)提出了優(yōu)化設定層和回路控制層兩層結構所組成汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制方法,優(yōu)化設定層包括工藝計算模型和優(yōu)化算法,前者是通過分析調(diào)合過程中的辛烷值和蒸汽壓等成份的調(diào)合關系,建立汽油調(diào)合過程中的調(diào)合配比模型;后者通過運用序列二次規(guī)劃法(SQP)得到配方;底層控制回路則采用PID控制方法來控制底層組分油流量。 (2)根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的設備條件,結合對象模型,采用西門子S7-300PLC設計并開發(fā)汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng),包括系統(tǒng)硬件的設計和軟件的開發(fā)。 (3)結合S7-300PLC的控制功能、Matlab強大的計算能力、VB的編程功能以及WinCC豐富的界面功能,開發(fā)出汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)的半實物仿真平臺,該平臺由西門子S7-300PLC控制器、優(yōu)化設定計算機、監(jiān)控計算機和模型計算機組成,從而實現(xiàn)了對汽油管道調(diào)合優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)的半實物仿真研究,提高了仿真精度,彌補了現(xiàn)場試驗的不足。
[Abstract]:Gasoline blending is an important process in the production of gasoline in refineries. In this process, various components of oil are mixed according to a certain proportion and quality index to form various grades of finished oils.The quality index of component oil directly affects the quality of refined oil.Gasoline blending process is a typical complex industrial process with nonlinear and multivariable characteristics.In this paper, the gasoline blending process as the research object, the study of gasoline pipeline blending optimization control, mainly divided into three aspects: optimization control method, control system, hardware-in-the-loop simulation experimental platform, the specific contents are as follows:In this paper, an optimal control method for gasoline pipeline blending is proposed, which consists of two layers: the optimal setting layer and the loop control layer. The optimal setting layer consists of a process calculation model and an optimization algorithm.In the former, the blending ratio model of gasoline blending process is established by analyzing the blending relation between octane number and steam pressure in the blending process, and the formula is obtained by using the sequential quadratic programming method.The bottom control loop adopts PID control method to control the oil flow of the bottom component.According to the existing equipment conditions and combined with the object model, the optimization control system of gasoline pipeline blending is designed and developed by Siemens S7-300PLC, including the design of system hardware and the development of software.In combination with the powerful calculation ability of S7-300PLC and the programming function of VB and the rich interface function of WinCC, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of gasoline pipeline blending optimization control system is developed. The platform is controlled by Siemens S7-300PLC controller.By optimizing the composition of setting computer, monitoring computer and model computer, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of gasoline pipeline blending optimization control system is realized, and the simulation precision is improved, and the deficiency of field test is made up.
