英臺油田英東區(qū)塊清防蠟技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在原油被采出的過程中,油井結(jié)蠟是造成油井非正常生產(chǎn)的一個重要因素。由于英東區(qū)塊產(chǎn)出原油粘度高,凝點高,油井洗井周期短,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)蠟卡、凝油卡等狀況。因此,在統(tǒng)計英東區(qū)塊結(jié)蠟周期基礎(chǔ)上,通過氣相色譜分析來了解原油蠟組分分布,對該區(qū)塊原油族組成進行了測定與分析;通過室內(nèi)實驗,確定了該區(qū)塊原油的凝點;同時對蒸汽洗井清蠟、機械清蠟、化學(xué)清蠟方法的優(yōu)缺點進行分析。在充分調(diào)研油井清防蠟技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過室內(nèi)試驗,確定出可以延長結(jié)蠟周期的方法,解決油井蠟卡,凝油卡等問題本文通過分析英臺油田英東四個區(qū)塊原油物性、蠟的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)以及析蠟特性參數(shù)等,總結(jié)出了其對油井結(jié)蠟程度的影響。通過對高分子型清防蠟劑的評價與篩選,可知,從降凝效果上來看清防蠟劑E適用于101區(qū)塊油井,清防蠟劑(藥劑A:煤油=1:1)適用于高臺子區(qū)塊油井,清防蠟劑(藥劑E:異丙醇=2:1)適用于101-148區(qū)塊油井,清防蠟劑E適合于162區(qū)塊油井。從石蠟抑制效果上來看藥劑F對英東四個區(qū)塊油井都適用。從防蠟率效果來看,E型清防蠟劑的防蠟率最高。并進行了現(xiàn)場試驗,結(jié)蠟周期得到了明顯的延長,取得了較好的效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of crude oil recovery, oil well wax deposit is an important factor in the abnormal production of oil well.Due to the high viscosity of produced crude oil, high freezing point, short well washing period, wax card and condensing oil card are often found in Yingdong block.Therefore, on the basis of statistics of wax deposition period in Yingdong block, the distribution of crude oil wax components is understood by gas chromatographic analysis, the composition of crude oil group in this block is determined and analyzed, and the freezing point of crude oil in this block is determined by laboratory experiments.At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of steam washing well cleaning, mechanical wax cleaning and chemical wax cleaning are analyzed.On the basis of full investigation of wax-cleaning and anti-paraffin technology in oil wells, through laboratory tests, a method can be determined to prolong the waxing period and solve the problems of oil well wax card and condensing oil card. In this paper, by analyzing the physical properties of crude oil in the four blocks of Yingtai Oilfield,The effect of crystal structure and waxing characteristic parameters on the wax deposition degree of oil well is summarized.According to the evaluation and screening of polymer wax cleaning agent, it can be seen that the antiwaxing agent E is suitable for oil wells in block 101 from the point of view of its anticoagulant effect, and the wax cleaning agent (agent A: kerosene 1: 1: 1) is suitable for oil wells in Gaotaizi block.Wax remover (E: isopropanol 2: 1) is applicable to block 101-148 wells and anti-wax agent E to block 162 wells.From the effect of paraffin inhibition, agent F is applicable to the wells in the four blocks of Yingdong.According to the effect of wax control, the wax control rate of E-type wax-clearing agent is the highest.The field test shows that the waxing period is obviously prolonged and good results are obtained.
