【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展加速,天然氣的使用已遍布到了社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,和我們的生活已經(jīng)變得十分緊密。近年來,伴隨人們對(duì)天然氣的價(jià)格、成本,尤其是準(zhǔn)確度的要求的提高,天然氣的計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確性就成為了各方相關(guān)企業(yè)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。而天然氣貿(mào)易結(jié)算的依據(jù)就是安裝在天然氣管道上的流量計(jì)的計(jì)量讀數(shù)。所以,流量計(jì)的計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確性對(duì)于整個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)計(jì)民生是具有重要意義的。我國(guó)的西氣東輸工程的建設(shè)推動(dòng)了管道沿線上的計(jì)量站對(duì)于高壓、大口徑流量計(jì)的選擇和采用。在中國(guó)的計(jì)量中規(guī)定,對(duì)于貿(mào)易結(jié)算的流量計(jì),必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制檢定。在流量計(jì)投入到使用以前,都必須經(jīng)過國(guó)家法定計(jì)量技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)的檢定。目前我國(guó)的很多技術(shù)部門仍然采用的是人工作業(yè)的方式,這種方式不僅效率十分的低,而且后期的數(shù)據(jù)處理的程序也十分的復(fù)雜,工作量大且準(zhǔn)確性不高。對(duì)于上述問題,以及現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行行分析過后,在原有的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行拓展,并提出了一種全新的驗(yàn)證方法。這種方法不僅效率高,而且準(zhǔn)確度也有了很大的提升。相對(duì)于以前的檢定方法,錯(cuò)誤率大大的減少了。本文主要內(nèi)容為:(1)、通過了解高壓天然氣流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的原理以及技術(shù)依據(jù),同時(shí)對(duì)各種可用的檢定或校準(zhǔn)方法的深入了解,完成一套軟件可以控制系統(tǒng)并對(duì)各種流量計(jì)用不同的方法進(jìn)行檢定或校準(zhǔn)工作。(2)、對(duì)高壓天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置中的配套儀表及需要檢定的各種流量計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,深入了解它們的信號(hào)輸出方式,及其數(shù)據(jù)的采集,使得軟件可以爭(zhēng)取讓的采集標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器、被檢器的原始數(shù)據(jù),保證原始數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。(3)、依據(jù)不同被檢器的檢定規(guī)程的要求,通過軟件的編寫,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)采集到的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器、被檢器的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,并形成完整的原始記錄。保證原始數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性(4)、建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),對(duì)所有原始數(shù)據(jù)及原始記錄分類存儲(chǔ),并可以用不同的方法進(jìn)行查詢。(5)、按照國(guó)家的規(guī)定要求對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證測(cè)試,確保其精確度及可靠度,得到最終結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society, the use of natural gas has spread all over the society, and our life has become very close.In recent years, with the improvement of the price, cost and accuracy of natural gas, the accuracy of natural gas measurement has become the focus of the enterprises concerned.The basis for natural gas trade settlement is the metering reading of the Flowmeter installed on the natural gas pipeline.Therefore, the measurement accuracy of Flowmeter is of great significance to the national economy and people's livelihood of the whole country.The construction of West-to-East Gas Transmission Project in China has promoted the selection and adoption of high pressure and large caliber Flowmeter at metering stations along the pipeline.In Chinese metrology, the Flowmeter of trade settlement must be subject to compulsory verification.Before the Flowmeter is put into use, it must pass the verification of the national legal metrology technical organization.At present, many technical departments in our country still adopt manual operation, which is not only very inefficient, but also very complicated in the later data processing process, and the workload is large and the accuracy is not high.After the analysis of the above problems and the existing system, this paper expands on the original basis and puts forward a new verification method.This method not only has high efficiency, but also has a great improvement in accuracy.Compared with previous verification methods, the error rate has been greatly reduced.The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) through understanding the principle and technical basis of the high pressure natural gas flow standard device, at the same time, we have a deep understanding of various available verification or calibration methods.A set of software can control the system and calibrate or calibrate all kinds of Flowmeters by different methods. The matching instruments in the high pressure natural gas standard device and various Flowmeters that need to be calibrated are studied.By in-depth understanding of their signal output methods and their data collection, the software can strive to collect the standard device, the original data of the detector, and ensure the accuracy of the original data, according to the requirements of the verification regulations of the different detectors.Through the writing of the software, the data of the collected standard device and the detector can be processed, and the complete original record can be formed.To ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the original data, to establish a database, to classify and store all the raw data and the original records, and to use different methods to carry out inquiries, and to verify and test the software in accordance with the requirements of the state.Ensure its accuracy and reliability, and get the final conclusion.
