提升水驅(qū)氣藏開(kāi)發(fā)效果的先期控水技術(shù)

【摘要】:活躍水驅(qū)氣藏通常會(huì)因?yàn)樗、水淹而造成開(kāi)發(fā)效益降低,使得該類氣藏的采收率遠(yuǎn)低于不活躍水驅(qū)氣藏。為此,提出了先期控水的技術(shù)思路。其原理是對(duì)活躍水驅(qū)氣藏在開(kāi)發(fā)早期就采取控水措施,即在水驅(qū)氣藏投入開(kāi)發(fā)前,認(rèn)清水體分布特征,預(yù)測(cè)水侵方向、方位及水侵量,在地層水侵入的源頭利用控水井先期開(kāi)展控水作業(yè),盡量延緩氣藏水淹的時(shí)間。具體方法是:在氣藏發(fā)生水侵的高滲條帶的來(lái)水方位上部署控水井,實(shí)施排采泄壓、阻隔攔截、誘導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)向,或利用水驅(qū)氣藏下部的低壓儲(chǔ)層對(duì)氣藏侵入水實(shí)施縱向灌注、鄰層轉(zhuǎn)儲(chǔ),以削弱侵入水的能量、改變侵入水的流向、抑制邊底水的活躍性,達(dá)到減緩水侵速度、阻隔水侵路線、減少水侵面積的目的,進(jìn)而提升水驅(qū)氣藏的開(kāi)發(fā)效果、提高水驅(qū)氣藏的最終采收率。以柴達(dá)木盆地澀北氣田為例,進(jìn)行了先期控水技術(shù)的部署與嘗試。結(jié)論認(rèn)為:該項(xiàng)技術(shù)是與油田注水開(kāi)發(fā)相似但又相反的,可實(shí)現(xiàn)水侵氣藏均衡開(kāi)采、控水穩(wěn)氣的保護(hù)性開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The recovery efficiency of active water drive gas reservoir is much lower than that of inactive water drive gas reservoir because of water invasion and flooding.Therefore, the technical thinking of water control in advance is put forward.The principle is to take water control measures in the early stage of development of active water drive gas reservoirs, that is, to recognize the distribution characteristics of water bodies, predict the direction, orientation and amount of water invasion before the reservoir is put into development.At the source of formation water intrusion, water control operation is carried out in advance by using control wells to delay the time of gas reservoir flooding as far as possible.The specific methods are as follows: the control wells are deployed on the direction of the water coming from the high permeability belt where the water invasion occurs in the gas reservoir, so as to discharge the production pressure, block the interception, induce the turn, or make use of the low pressure reservoir in the lower part of the water drive gas reservoir to carry out longitudinal perfusion to the invading water of the gas reservoir.In order to weaken the energy of intrusive water, change the flow direction of intrusive water, restrain the activity of edge and bottom water, and achieve the purpose of slowing down the water invasion speed, blocking the water invasion route and reducing the area of water invasion, the development effect of water drive gas reservoir can be improved.To improve the final recovery of water drive gas reservoir.Taking Shibei gas field in Qaidam Basin as an example, the deployment and attempt of water control technology are carried out.The conclusion is that this technology is similar to but opposite to oilfield water injection development, and can realize balanced production of water invasion gas reservoir and control water and stable gas.
