【摘要】：近年來,我�？辈榧夹g(shù)與工程專業(yè)啟動了"卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)計劃",旨在培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)我國石油發(fā)展需求的綜合應(yīng)用型人才。為了滿足該計劃高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人才培育的要求,學(xué)校加強了校內(nèi)實踐的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,設(shè)計并建設(shè)了2口與油田井身結(jié)構(gòu)相同的教學(xué)實驗井,利用該實驗井為學(xué)生開展了鉆井、錄井、固井和測井等多項實踐教學(xué)工作。通過實驗井實踐教學(xué),增強了學(xué)生在測井施工現(xiàn)場的實戰(zhàn)技能,開拓了他們對新油氣勘探方法的創(chuàng)新思維,以致于我系多名學(xué)生在企業(yè)舉辦的專業(yè)技能大賽中取得了優(yōu)異的成績。實驗井結(jié)合配套的測量儀器,為學(xué)生專業(yè)技能和創(chuàng)新思維的培養(yǎng)提供了良好的平臺,為"卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)計劃"的順利實施提供了有力的保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our university's exploration technology and engineering specialty has launched "the excellent engineer's training plan", aims to train the comprehensive application talented person which adapts our country petroleum development demand.In order to meet the requirements of the high standard talent cultivation of the program, the school strengthened the practical infrastructure in the school, designed and built two teaching experimental wells with the same structure as the oil wells, and used the experimental wells to drill and log for the students.Many practical teaching work such as cementing and logging.Through the experimental well practice teaching, the students' actual combat skills in the field of logging construction are enhanced, and their innovative thinking on the new oil and gas exploration method is developed.As a result, a number of students in the enterprise organized professional skills competition achieved excellent results.The experimental well combined with the supporting measuring instruments provides a good platform for the cultivation of students' professional skills and innovative thinking, and provides a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the "training Plan for Outstanding Engineers".
