【摘要】：正據(jù)中華人民共和國國家發(fā)展和改革委員會(以下簡稱國家發(fā)改委)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2017年上半年,我國天然氣產(chǎn)量和進口量同比都增長10%以上,天然氣消費量則增長15.2%,是自2014年以來天然氣消費量增長重回兩位數(shù)。"十二五"期間,我國天然氣消費量年均增速為12.4%。但受低油價、低煤價等替代效應沖擊,2015年我國天然氣消費量增速一度跌至10年來最低點,比上年增長僅5.7%,2016年比上年增長6.6%。今年以來,受國家宏觀經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定向好、環(huán)保政策持續(xù)推動、煤改氣等天然氣政策的有力推動,上半年全國實現(xiàn)天然氣表觀消費量1 146×10~8 m~3,呈爆發(fā)式增長。
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of the State Development and Reform Commission of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the National Development and Reform Commission), in the first half of 2017, China's natural gas production and imports increased by more than 10 percent compared with the same period last year.Natural gas consumption increased by 15.2g, which is a return to double-digit growth since 2014. "During the five-year Plan period, China's natural gas consumption grew at an average annual rate of 12. 4%.However, China's natural gas consumption growth rate fell to a 10-year low in 2015, only 5.7 percent higher than the previous year, and 6.6 percent higher in 2016 than the previous year.Since the beginning of this year, the national macroeconomic stability has improved, the environmental protection policy has been continuously promoted, and natural gas policies such as coal and gas have been vigorously promoted. In the first half of the year, the country has realized an apparent natural gas consumption of 1,146 脳 10 ~ (8) m ~ (3), showing explosive growth.
