泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層縫網(wǎng)裂縫導(dǎo)流能力優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:華北油田束鹿凹陷泥灰?guī)r致密油儲(chǔ)層埋藏深、巖性復(fù)雜、天然裂縫發(fā)育,既不同于北美bakken致密油,又不同于國(guó)內(nèi)松遼、鄂爾多斯長(zhǎng)7儲(chǔ)層特征,儲(chǔ)層改造的難度極大,在以往井改造中呈現(xiàn)“見(jiàn)效明顯,難穩(wěn)產(chǎn)”的特點(diǎn),需要探索一套適合泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層的體積改造模式。鑒于以上問(wèn)題,本論文以泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層縫網(wǎng)裂縫導(dǎo)流能力優(yōu)化作為研究對(duì)象,圍繞著縫網(wǎng)裂縫導(dǎo)流能力形成、保持和匹配三方面展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)的研究,取得以下研究成果:(1)利用考慮啟動(dòng)壓力梯度的油藏?cái)?shù)值模擬方法開(kāi)展了泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層特性與縫網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)主、支縫導(dǎo)流能力匹配關(guān)系優(yōu)化研究;依據(jù)泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層實(shí)際地質(zhì)模型,優(yōu)化出泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層最優(yōu)主縫半縫長(zhǎng)為180m,最優(yōu)的主、支縫導(dǎo)流能力分別為30pm2.cm和2pm2.cm。(2)利用旋轉(zhuǎn)圓盤儀器開(kāi)展了泥灰?guī)r與普通酸、VES自轉(zhuǎn)向酸和膠凝酸三種酸液體系酸巖反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究,建立了130℃高溫條件下三種酸液體系與泥灰?guī)r的酸巖反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,較純灰?guī)r酸巖反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)低1-2數(shù)量級(jí)。(3)以裂縫充填程度為主線,利用巖心流動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)合CT掃描及電鏡掃描技術(shù)研究了完全充填裂縫(鈣質(zhì)充填)、部分充填及復(fù)雜裂縫條件下酸液對(duì)裂縫溝通特征。認(rèn)識(shí)到單純的酸液溶蝕作用很難實(shí)現(xiàn)非連通裂縫體統(tǒng)的溝通,需要水力造縫與酸溶蝕相結(jié)合以實(shí)現(xiàn)最大程度的縫網(wǎng)改造。(4)研究了VES自轉(zhuǎn)向酸不同注入速率下泥灰?guī)r酸蝕裂縫導(dǎo)流能力及保持能力。認(rèn)識(shí)到泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層單純依靠酸壓改造難以形成足夠的裂縫導(dǎo)流能力,應(yīng)該采取體積酸壓+加砂壓裂復(fù)合改造模式,且應(yīng)遵循“壓裂為主,酸壓為輔”的設(shè)計(jì)理念。(5)建立了復(fù)雜縫網(wǎng)下主、支縫支撐裂縫導(dǎo)流能力研究新方法,開(kāi)展了泥灰?guī)r儲(chǔ)層在不同裂縫寬度、不同規(guī)格支撐劑組合、不同支撐劑鋪置方式下支撐裂縫導(dǎo)流能力研究。認(rèn)識(shí)到對(duì)于支縫(1mm縫寬表征),采用70/100目實(shí)現(xiàn)天然裂縫堵與疏的結(jié)合;對(duì)于主縫(3mm和5mm表征),采用多種粒徑支撐劑組合的方式進(jìn)行充填,以提高主縫導(dǎo)流能力及保持能力穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The dense oil reservoir of mudstone in Shulu sag of North China Oilfield is deeply buried, complex lithology and natural fracture development, which is different from bakken tight oil in North America and the characteristics of Songliao reservoir in China and Chang7 reservoir in Ordos Basin, so it is very difficult to reconstruct the reservoir.In the former well reconstruction, the characteristics of "obvious effect and difficult stable production", need to explore a suit of volume transformation model suitable for marl reservoir.In view of the above problems, this paper takes the optimization of fracture conductivity in marl reservoir as the research object, focusing on the formation, maintenance and matching of fracture conductivity.The following research results are obtained: 1) based on the reservoir numerical simulation method considering the starting pressure gradient, the optimization of the matching relationship between the shale reservoir characteristics and the main and branched fracture conductivity of the fracture network system is carried out, and according to the actual geological model of the marl reservoir,The kinetic equation of acid rock reaction between three acid systems and marl at 130 鈩,
