乾安油田酸化解堵技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:乾安油田屬于低孔、低滲、低豐度非均質(zhì)油藏,在開采過程中容易造成地層堵塞,開發(fā)難度很大。利用各種酸化體系的解堵技術(shù)解除地層堵塞,提高采收率、延緩遞減率,是吉林油田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)的重要手段之一。本文根據(jù)對乾安油田地層堵塞機理的研究,通過大量的現(xiàn)場及資料調(diào)研,分析乾安油田可能存在的六種堵塞類型:有機堵、無機堵、水堵和乳化堵、粘土微粒運移產(chǎn)生的堵塞、外來固相可能造成的堵塞、潤濕反轉(zhuǎn)對地層產(chǎn)生的影響。通過對各種酸化體系的篩選和性能評價,選取了四種增產(chǎn)效果較好、比較常見的、安全的、環(huán)保的酸化體系進行現(xiàn)場研究應(yīng)用,并對現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果進行了評價。針對乾安油田的砂巖地層,堵塞特征明顯,使用QCG-T復(fù)合土酸體系酸化是最有效的;針對油氣顯示好而試油效果、井同層位鄰井高產(chǎn)而本井低產(chǎn)的層的油井,使用TCAH-1螯合酸體系進行深部酸化;針對滲透率更低的低滲致密砂巖油層堵塞,使用KTAH-1生物螯合酸體系;針對開采層段多、滲透率差異性大的油井采取SRZ泡沫酸體系進行酸化。研究結(jié)果表明:QCG-T復(fù)合土酸體系對砂巖地層堵塞特征明顯的油井解堵是非常有效的;TCAH-1螯合酸體系和KTAH-1生物螯合酸體系能有效解除地層深部堵塞;SRZ泡沫酸體系中產(chǎn)生的泡沫有暫堵作用,對開采層段多、層間滲透率差異性大的油井不僅能對高滲透層進行解堵,也能進入低滲透層,對低滲透層進行解堵。
[Abstract]:Gan'an Oilfield is a heterogeneous reservoir with low porosity, low permeability and low abundance.It is one of the important means of stable production in Jilin Oilfield to use various acidizing systems to remove formation plugging, improve oil recovery and delay decline rate.Based on the study of formation plugging mechanism in Gan'an Oilfield and through a lot of field and data investigation, this paper analyzes six possible plugging types in Gan'an Oilfield: organic plugging, inorganic plugging, water plugging and emulsifying plugging, and plugging caused by clay particle migration.External solids may cause blockage and wetting reversal on the formation.Through the screening and performance evaluation of various acidizing systems, four kinds of acidizing systems, which are relatively common, safe and environmentally friendly, are selected for field research and application, and the field application effects are evaluated.In view of the obvious plugging characteristics of sandstone formation in Gan'an Oilfield, acidizing with QCG-T compound soil acid system is the most effective, and for the wells with good oil and gas performance and oil test effect, the wells with high production and low production are located in the same layer.TCAH-1 chelate acid system is used for deep acidification; KTAH-1 biological chelate acid system is used for plugging low permeability tight sandstone reservoir with lower permeability; SRZ foam acid system is used for oil wells with many production layers and different permeability.The results show that the complex soil acid system of QCG-T is very effective in removing the plugging of oil wells with obvious plugging characteristics in sandstone formation. TCAH-1 chelate acid system and KTAH-1 biological chelate acid system can effectively relieve the formation plugging in the foam acid system.The foam has a temporary plugging effect.The oil wells with many production layers and great differences in interlayer permeability can not only remove the plugging of the high permeability layer, but also enter the low permeability layer and remove the plugging of the low permeability layer.
