小間距雙井水溶造腔腔體擴(kuò)展特性

【摘要】:搭建了小井間距雙井水溶造腔的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,通過室內(nèi)模型實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法研究了不同提管方式時(shí)溶腔腔體擴(kuò)展的變化規(guī)律,并與單井造腔工藝進(jìn)行了對比.結(jié)果表明:只提注水管時(shí),腔體體積增長速率大于另外兩種提管方式,最終形成的腔體體積也最大;不同提管方式對鹽壁的溶解速率影響較小,腔底形成的溶蝕角相差也不大;同時(shí)提兩管與只提注水管形成腔體形狀為"船"形,提油墊時(shí)形成底部區(qū)域很大而上部為兩個(gè)"塔"形的腔體形狀;與單井造腔技術(shù)相比,小井間距雙井水溶造腔技術(shù)在造腔前期具有較大的優(yōu)勢.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the experimental device of water dissolution cavity in two wells with small well spacing is built, and the variation law of cavity expansion under different lifting modes is studied by laboratory model experiment, and compared with that of single well cavity making process.The results show that the volume growth rate of the cavity is larger than that of the other two ways, and the volume of the cavity formed is the largest, and the dissolution rate of the salt wall is less affected by the different lifting ways, and the dissolution angle formed at the bottom of the cavity is not different.At the same time, the two tubing and the only water injection pipe formed the cavity shape of "boat" shape, and formed the cavity shape with large bottom area and two "tower" shape in the upper part when the oil cushion was lifted, which was compared with single well cavity making technology.The technology of water solution cavities with small spacing and double wells has a great advantage in the early stage of cavity formation.
