【摘要】:套管試壓測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是套管應(yīng)用前極為重要的測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié),能夠避免或減少油田套管泄漏事故發(fā)生,但是,在高速試壓過(guò)程中,試壓泵的高速運(yùn)作在整個(gè)管道系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈的壓力波動(dòng),使得套管試壓測(cè)量所得數(shù)據(jù)不夠準(zhǔn)確。以濾除管道內(nèi)壓力波動(dòng)為目的,對(duì)特定結(jié)構(gòu)管道的幅值頻率特性進(jìn)行研究,這對(duì)實(shí)際工程和科學(xué)研究都有較高的價(jià)值。本文從管道內(nèi)流體的波動(dòng)現(xiàn)象出發(fā),在流體波動(dòng)瞬態(tài)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)管道內(nèi)連續(xù)壓力波波動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行了分析,建立了用于描述管道內(nèi)連續(xù)壓力波傳遞的數(shù)學(xué)模型,該模型能夠清晰的描繪出管道內(nèi)壓力流量在時(shí)間上沿管道的分布情況,還利用傳遞函數(shù)和阻抗來(lái)表示管道與流體各種因素對(duì)波動(dòng)的影響,分析了不同終端阻抗對(duì)波動(dòng)的影響。本文分別對(duì)單一水平管道與帶濾波器水平管道的頻幅特性進(jìn)行了分析,以模型仿真的方式顯示出了單一水平管道內(nèi)不同頻率連續(xù)壓力波的衰減情況,以及在使用濾波器后,波動(dòng)在某一頻率范圍內(nèi)的衰減情況。本文還利用實(shí)流體進(jìn)行了濾波實(shí)驗(yàn),根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)采集壓力數(shù)據(jù),分別對(duì)單一水平管道與帶濾波器水平管道的頻幅特性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本文將帶濾波器管道應(yīng)用于套管試壓測(cè)試系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的測(cè)量顯示裝置,通過(guò)對(duì)管道內(nèi)壓力波動(dòng)進(jìn)行的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),以及對(duì)套管試壓剪銷(xiāo)測(cè)量結(jié)果的觀察,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn),在濾波器的作用下,管道內(nèi)的波動(dòng)由劇烈變?yōu)槠骄?實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,管道結(jié)構(gòu)濾波器能夠很好的對(duì)特定頻率波動(dòng)進(jìn)行濾波,在套管試壓測(cè)試系統(tǒng)中,使用該種濾波器能夠有效的減少誤差的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:Casing pressure test system is an important test link before casing application. It can avoid or reduce casing leakage accident in oil field. However, in the process of high speed pressure test,The high speed operation of the test pump produces strong pressure fluctuation in the whole pipeline system, which makes the data obtained from the casing pressure test not accurate enough.In order to filter the pressure fluctuation in the pipeline, the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the special structural pipeline are studied, which is of great value to the practical engineering and scientific research.Based on the transient theory of fluid wave, the fluctuation of continuous pressure wave in pipeline is analyzed, and a mathematical model for describing the transmission of continuous pressure wave in pipeline is established.The model can clearly describe the distribution of pressure and flow along the pipeline in time, and use the transfer function and impedance to express the influence of various factors of pipeline and fluid on the fluctuation, and analyze the influence of different terminal impedance on the fluctuation.In this paper, the frequency amplitude characteristics of single horizontal pipeline and horizontal pipe with filter are analyzed, and the attenuation of continuous pressure waves with different frequencies in a single horizontal pipe is shown by model simulation.The attenuation of a wave within a certain frequency range.Based on the pressure data collected from the experiment, the frequency and amplitude characteristics of a single horizontal pipeline and a horizontal pipeline with a filter are verified.In this paper, the filter pipe is applied to the casing pressure test system, and the corresponding measuring and displaying device is designed. Through the real-time monitoring of the pressure fluctuation in the pipe and the observation of the measurement results of the casing pressure test and shear pin, it can be found that,Under the action of the filter, the fluctuation in the pipeline changes from violent to gentle. The experiment shows that the pipeline structure filter can filter the specific frequency fluctuation well, and in the casing pressure test system,The use of this filter can effectively reduce the generation of errors.
