深水水下分離器承壓結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的可靠性

【摘要】:深水水下分離器服役環(huán)境下的載荷工況復(fù)雜,服役壽命易受多種因素影響。為了確保深水水下分離器服役期間的安全可靠性,進(jìn)一步研究不同材料水下分離器承壓結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度可靠性與設(shè)計(jì)尺寸及加工材料性能之間的定量關(guān)系,采用蒙特卡羅法,以承壓結(jié)構(gòu)壁厚、材料屈服強(qiáng)度等參數(shù)為隨機(jī)輸入變量,建立了承壓結(jié)構(gòu)串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)模型,并且通過外壓試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。通過模擬承壓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的隨機(jī)性,得到承壓結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度分布特征和各參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度可靠性的敏感性和靈敏度。算例分析表明:在2 000 m深水條件下,水下分離器承壓結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度達(dá)到99.565 3%,筒體壁厚是影響承壓結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的最主要因素,該研究結(jié)果可為深水水下分離器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:The service life of underwater separator is influenced by many factors because of its complex load condition.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of deep water underwater separator during service, and to further study the quantitative relationship between the strength reliability of underwater separator bearing structure with different materials and the design size and the properties of machining materials, Monte Carlo method is used.Taking the parameters such as wall thickness of confined structure and yield strength of material as random input variables, a series system model of pressure-bearing structure is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by external pressure test.By simulating the randomness of the design parameters of the confined structure, the characteristics of stress intensity distribution and the sensitivity and sensitivity of the parameters to the structural strength reliability are obtained.The example analysis shows that under the condition of 2 000m deep water, the reliability of the pressure bearing structure of the underwater separator reaches 99.565 3, and the wall thickness of the cylinder is the most important factor affecting the reliability of the confined structure.The research results can provide the necessary technical reference for the optimization design of the deep water underwater separator.
