文章摘要:中國(guó)石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱中石油)近年來(lái)自主研制了萬(wàn)米鉆機(jī)及配套裝備、近鉆頭地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向、欠平衡/氣體鉆井/控壓鉆井、連續(xù)管作業(yè)機(jī)、21 MPa/35 MPa帶壓作業(yè)機(jī)等核心裝備,,發(fā)展完善了以水平井、欠平衡鉆井、鉆井提速、儲(chǔ)層改造、帶壓作業(yè)為核心的配套技術(shù),有力地支撐了水平井、欠平衡鉆井、鉆井提速、水平井分段壓裂等重點(diǎn)工程的實(shí)施。但與國(guó)外同行相比,在自動(dòng)化鉆機(jī)、海洋鉆完井裝備、旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)、抗高溫隨鉆測(cè)量?jī)x器、抗高溫螺桿、高效鉆頭、高溫高密度油基鉆井液、高壓氣井帶壓作業(yè)裝備、低成本高效壓裂液、無(wú)限制選擇性壓裂工具、完井技術(shù)等方面差距明顯。研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為:我國(guó)深層、海洋、非常規(guī)油氣藏領(lǐng)域鉆完井面臨高溫高壓、高研磨性地層鉆速低、鉆井周期長(zhǎng)、旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向等技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備不足的挑戰(zhàn),建議在高效起下鉆機(jī)、高效破巖鉆頭和輔助工具、旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)、井筒完整性、井下寬帶信息傳輸技術(shù)、海洋鉆井成套裝備和技術(shù)、工廠化鉆完井與體積壓裂一體化技術(shù)等方面開(kāi)展技術(shù)攻關(guān)。
Abstr:In recent years, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has independently developed some core equipments, such as 100D rigs and auxiliary devices, CGDS near-bit geosteering drilling system, underbalanced drilling/gas drilling/managed pressure drilling, coiled tubing service unit, 21/35MPa snubbing service unit and so on, and perfected some other supporting technologies in horizontal drilling, underbalanced drilling, ROP improvement, reservoir reconstruction, snubbing cementing, etc. , which effective-ly supported many major projects like horizontal drilling, underbalanced drilling, ROP improvement, horizontal well multistage frac-turing, etc. However, there is still a marked gap between CNPC and foreign corporations in automated drilling rigs, offshore drilling and completion equipments, rotary steerable system, high-temperature-resistant MWD, high-temperature-resistant helicoid hydrau- lic motors, high effective drill bits, high temperature and high-density oil base drill fluid, high-pressure gas well snubbing service u- nits, low cost and high-efficiency fracturing fluid, unlimited and selectable fracturing tools, etc. This paper points out that drilling and completion in deep formations, offshore and unconventional areas face some severe challenges, such as high temperature and high pressure, low ROP and long drilling period in high abrasiveness layers, shortage of rotary steerable system and other equip ments. Therefore , some key equipments and technologies are proposed to be researched and developed, such as high-efficiency trip- ping rigs, high-efficiency rock-breaking bits and tools, rotary steerable systems, well integrity, downhole broadband information transmission technologies, offshore drilling equipments and technologies, fac
