固井用遇油自修復(fù)材料的研制與性能評價

【摘要】:采用懸浮聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯(LMA)、苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)為聚合單體,過氧化苯甲酰(BPO)為引發(fā)劑,聚乙烯醇(PVA)為分散劑,二乙烯基苯(DVB)為交聯(lián)劑,合成了一種樹脂并應(yīng)用到固井水泥石中。通過正交實驗考察了單體、分散劑、引發(fā)劑、交聯(lián)劑、溫度對三元共聚樹脂吸油性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當m(LMA)∶m(St)∶m(HEMA)=6∶3∶1、w(PVA)=2.5%(以單體的總質(zhì)量為基準,下同)、w(BPO)=1.0%、w(DVB)=0.5%、t=85℃時,三元共聚樹脂的吸油性能最佳,二甲苯的吸油率達12.78 g/g。通過人工造縫,對加入樹脂水泥石的滲透率和抗壓強度進行了考察,結(jié)果表明:在25℃下,養(yǎng)護30 d后,水泥石滲透率隨樹脂的增加而降低,在w(樹脂)=8.0%(以水泥質(zhì)量為基準,下同)時低至2.50×10~(-4)μm~2,而抗壓強度隨樹脂的增加先增加后減小,在w(樹脂)=2.0%時達到最大值20.8 MPa,抗壓強度恢復(fù)率達70.5%。
[Abstract]:By suspension polymerization, dodecyl methacrylate (LMAA), styrene stout, hydroxyethyl methacrylate (Hema) were used as polymerization monomer, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as dispersant, divinylbenzene (DVB) as crosslinking agent.A kind of resin was synthesized and applied to cementing cement.The effects of monomer, dispersant, initiator, crosslinking agent and temperature on the oil absorption of terpolymer resin were investigated by orthogonal experiment.緇撴灉琛ㄦ槑:褰搈(LMA)鈭秏(St)鈭秏(HEMA)=6鈭,
