【摘要】:本文從物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與數(shù)字化油田基本概念出發(fā),描述了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與低滲透油田開發(fā)結(jié)合的理論、實踐及效果。分析了長慶低滲透油田面臨著油藏品質(zhì)差(低滲-特低滲儲層),自然環(huán)境差,管理難度大,安全環(huán)保風(fēng)險高等問題,通過基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在數(shù)字油田開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用,實現(xiàn)油氣田生產(chǎn)過程中數(shù)據(jù)和信息的自動采集、整理和應(yīng)用,更針對上游行業(yè)更高層次的業(yè)務(wù)整合與流程再造,將現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)融入油氣生產(chǎn)過程管理中,簡化工藝流程,優(yōu)化勞動組織架構(gòu),創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)組織方式,提升安全風(fēng)險管理水平,提高生產(chǎn)效率和開發(fā)效益,降低員工勞動強度。隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在油田的大規(guī)模的應(yīng)用,進一步完善相應(yīng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)標準和技術(shù)規(guī)范,建立穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸體系,制定整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全規(guī)劃,為油氣生產(chǎn)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用提供安全保障和輔助生產(chǎn)決策。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic concepts of Internet of things and digital oil field, this paper describes the theory, practice and effect of combining the technology of Internet of things with the development of low permeability oil field.Changqing low permeability oil field is faced with the problems of poor reservoir quality (low permeability-very low permeability reservoir, poor natural environment, difficult management, high risk of safety and environmental protection, etc.). The application of the technology based on the Internet of things in the development of digital oil field is analyzed.To realize the automatic collection, collation and application of data and information in the production process of oil and gas fields, and to integrate modern information technology and Internet of things technology into the management of oil and gas production process, aiming at the higher level of business integration and process reengineering in upstream industries.Simplify technological process, optimize labor organization structure, innovate production organization mode, improve safety risk management level, improve production efficiency and development benefit, reduce labor intensity of staff.With the large-scale application of the Internet of things technology in oil fields, the corresponding standards and specifications of the Internet of things are further improved, a stable network transmission system is established, and an overall network security plan is formulated.Provide safety guarantee and assist production decision for oil and gas production internet of things system application.
