【摘要】:海外河油田是注水開發(fā)的普通稠油油田,針對長期的注水開發(fā)導(dǎo)致儲層非均質(zhì)性加劇,動用程度不均,提高波及體積難度大的問題,開展了海外河油田弱凝膠深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)。由于弱凝膠在多孔介質(zhì)中的阻力系數(shù)大,占據(jù)大孔道后,迫使后續(xù)注入水改向,從而提高了注入水的波及效率和最終采收率。本文針對海外河油田深部調(diào)驅(qū)運行過程中存在的問題,開展相關(guān)技術(shù)研究。通過對海外河油藏條件和工藝條件分析,設(shè)計出弱凝膠的注入量、注入速度、注入壓力等注入?yún)?shù),并確定基礎(chǔ)配方;針對弱凝膠調(diào)驅(qū)體系夏季成膠差的問題,開展成膠影響因素實驗研究,建立水質(zhì)推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn),找到主控因素,并形成具有凈水、殺菌、除氧效果的配方優(yōu)化調(diào)整技術(shù);針對傳統(tǒng)地面注入系統(tǒng)裝置簡陋、剪切粘度損失大的不足,創(chuàng)新改進(jìn)工藝流程,提升配液質(zhì)量,減少注入系統(tǒng)對調(diào)驅(qū)體系的剪切;利用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)對深部調(diào)驅(qū)注入?yún)?shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,計算出最佳注入方式為間歇式調(diào)驅(qū),并對段塞大小、停注時間等參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計;針對深部調(diào)驅(qū)中后期實施效果變差的現(xiàn)象,開展相關(guān)接替技術(shù)-聚解劑驅(qū)的研究,聚解劑同時具備聚合物和表面活性劑的特性,在原油中也具有良好的降粘、分散、乳化作用,適合于原油粘度較高的普通稠油油藏。
[Abstract]:Oaohe Oilfield is a common heavy oil field developed by water injection. In view of the problem that the reservoir heterogeneity is aggravated and the production degree is uneven, it is difficult to improve the sweep volume due to the long-term waterflooding development. The deep adjusting flooding technology of weak gel in Haihe Oilfield was carried out. Because of the large resistance coefficient of weak gel in porous media, the weak gel occupied the large pore channel and forced the subsequent injection water to change direction. Therefore, the sweep efficiency and final recovery efficiency of injected water are improved. In view of the problems existing in the operation of deep regulation and flooding in Haihe Oilfield, the related technology is studied in this paper. Through the analysis of the conditions and technological conditions of the offshore river reservoir, The injection parameters of weak gel, such as injection rate, injection rate, injection pressure and so on, were designed and the basic formula was determined. In view of the problem of gelling difference in summer of weak gel adjusting and flooding system, the experimental study on the influencing factors of gelation was carried out, and the recommended standard of water quality was established. Find out the main control factors, and form the formula optimization and adjustment technology with the effect of purifying water, sterilizing and removing oxygen, aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional ground injection system, such as simple equipment and large shear viscosity loss, innovating and improving the technological process and improving the quality of liquid distribution, Reducing the shear of the injection system, using the numerical simulation technology to optimize the deep injection parameters, calculating the best injection mode is intermittent modulation flooding, and optimizing the parameters such as slug size, stop injection time and so on. In view of the phenomenon that the effect of deep control flooding has become worse in the middle and late stages, the research on the relevant replacement technology, the polymer flooding, is carried out. The polymer has the characteristics of both polymer and surfactant, and it also has good viscosity reduction, dispersion and emulsification in crude oil. It is suitable for ordinary heavy oil reservoirs with high crude oil viscosity.
