油基鉆屑電磁加熱脫附可行性及參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:油基鉆屑含有大量的礦物油、乳化劑等化學藥劑,成分復雜、處理困難,是頁巖氣等非常規(guī)油氣開發(fā)的環(huán)保難題。為此,設計了一套油基鉆屑電磁加熱脫附處理設備,并進行了現(xiàn)場小試試驗。通過檢測電磁加熱設備熱脫附處理后的鉆屑殘渣含油率,分析試驗過程中的溫度變化規(guī)律,對設備處理油基鉆屑的可行性進行了初步驗證,并在此基礎上優(yōu)化了設備的主要運行參數(shù):溫度、負荷、時間。結果表明:1該電磁加熱脫附處理設備對于油基鉆屑具有良好的處理效果,處理后殘渣含油率低于1%;2該設備適用范圍廣,可同時處理鉆井過程中產生的編織袋、防滲塑料布等其他含油廢物;3處理固控系統(tǒng)振動篩出渣(物料A)的最佳條件為溫度375℃、進料負荷15 L/h、時間45 min;4處理固控系統(tǒng)離心機出渣(物料B)的最佳條件為溫度350℃、進料負荷20 L/h、時間50 min;5電磁加熱脫附爐內部溫度的波動不受設定溫度的影響,對不同負荷的物料也均能保證內部溫度的穩(wěn)定,具有穩(wěn)定的控制溫度能力和良好的保溫效果。
[Abstract]:Oil based drilling debris contains a large number of mineral oil, emulsifiers and other chemical agents, the composition of complex, difficult to deal with, such as shale gas unconventional oil and gas exploitation of environmental problems.For this reason, a set of oil-based drilling chip electromagnetic heating desorption treatment equipment was designed, and the field test was carried out.By detecting the oil content of drilling chip residue after thermal desorption treatment of electromagnetic heating equipment and analyzing the rule of temperature change during the test, the feasibility of treating oil based drilling chip by the equipment is preliminarily verified.On this basis, the main operating parameters of the equipment are optimized: temperature, load, time.The results show that the electromagnetic heating desorption treatment equipment has a good treatment effect on oil based drilling chips, and the oil content of the residue after treatment is less than 1 / 2.
